Former U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales States If Trump Found Guilty In The January 6 Case, He Should Serve Time

Gateway Pundit reports “Gonzalez says President Trump did nothing to stop the violence that day. He must have forgotten that it was President Trump who asked for the National Guard that day but was turned down by Nancy Pelosi who was organizing a camera crew to film her for the day. If in fact he’s convicted of the crimes charged by Jack Smith and the Department of Justice, yeah, I think he should serve time, quite frankly,” he said during a Friday interview on MSNBC, which is set to air on former White House spokesperson Jen Psaki’s show Sunday.” Read more HERE.

It never ceases to amaze when former officials in authority “come out of the woodwork” to opine, criticize, demonize other public officials when they, themselves, are guilty of their own crimes committed.

Let’s examine the tenure of USAG Alberto Gonzales.

In April 2007 a criminal complaint was filed with the OIG (Office of Inspector General, Glenn Fine) against two US Attorneys General. The Office of Inspector General determined that the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys management should review this complaint against NJ USAG Chris Christie and N.H. USAG Thomas Collantuono which was forwarded to the Department of Justice, Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys. (During the tenure of USAG Alberto Gonzales)

When the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys ignored the complaint documentation was faxed to H. Marshall Jarrett, Counsel, Office of Professional Responsibility, on October 15, 2007. Response received Nov. 14, 2007.  Marshall Jarrett did nothing, but conveniently was placed as head of the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys.

The Director of the Executive Office of US Attorneys, H. Marshall Jarrett, must be investigated for his obstruction of justice and abuse of power.

Why did Inspector General Glenn Fine resign? The OIG acknowledged receipt of a criminal dated February 23, 2007,  determined that the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys management should review the complaint and forwarded the complaint to the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys. Both USAG Gonzales and Marshall Jarrett (OPR) brushed the criminal complaint “under the rug.”

The patterns of Abuse of Power and Obstruction of Justice within the DOJ continue today and exists in other state law enforcement agencies. These “swamps” must also be “drained.”

Possible Obstruction of Justice against President Trump by Robert Mueller?

President Trump has been presented with a criminal complaint to Robert Mueller (and Sessions) regarding the suspicious, untimely death of a veteran. Mueller and company have “brushed this under the rug.” Why is President Trump also silent if veterans are a priority? Why is president Trump not countering Muller with an Obstruction of Justice?

Too many questions with each passing day.

Hypocrisy in DC?

The Hill reported “Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) on Monday called for GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore to “step aside.”

“I think he should step aside,” McConnell said during a tax reform press conference in Louisville, Ky., when asked about the calls from his Senate colleagues for Moore to leave the race.

Moore has been under growing pressure from Republicans to drop out of the Senate race after The Washington Post published a story containing allegations that Moore pursued relationships with teenage girls.” Read more HERE.

Judge Moore is on the hot seat…..YET….Washington Times article.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions was back on Capitol Hill on Tuesday, testifying at 10 a.m. before the House Judiciary Committee. View HERE.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions says he believes the women accusing Roy Moore, the GOP candidate running to replace Sessions in the Senate, of sexual assault, adding that the Justice Department “will do our duty” if the allegations merit a federal investigation.

Yes! Hypocrisy in Washington DC is far, wide and deep!

U.S. Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, took a tougher stand against Roy Moore on Monday, calling for him to step aside in his bid to be the next U.S. senator from Alabama. What’s Good For The Goose Isn’t Good For The Gander?

The assistance of Senator Susan Collins was sought in obtaining a full investigation into Official Corruption and cover up involving, but not limited to, Federal officials within the Department of Justice with documents presented to her on September 19, 2014. Senator Collins agrees that evidence presented her was a criminal matter. She has chosen to ignore and cover this up! Yet, she is quick to state that Roy Moore should immediately step aside as a Senate candidate “if there is any truth to the allegations.”

“Attorney General Jeff Sessions told the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday that he can’t appoint a special counsel to probe Republican concerns unless the facts justify the need.

The U.S. Department of Justice – Office of the Inspector General determined that the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys management should review a complaint. The complaint filed were not allegations, but very well documented and the facts justify the need for investigation.

As Senator Collins continues to “wallow in the swamp”, AG Sessions continues in the same pattern as previous Attorneys General. Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz has questions to answer also.

U.S. Congressman John Conyers comments about AG Sessions (at 53:40) when Conyers was hand-delivered 1500 pages of evidence involving criminal acts by “officers of the court” or government officials. “All brushed under the rug!” This warrants a full investigation, indictment and prosecution where the evidence demands!

Are congressional hearings just another waste of time and taxpayer dollars?

The lack of credibility, honesty and trustworthiness of some of the members on these congressional committees further reveal the reason for the public’s  distrust in  government.

Opaque Transparency: Sen. Collins Submits 2 Names For U.S. Attorney In Maine

PPH reports “Sen. Susan Collins said she has forwarded the names of two candidates for the U.S. attorney job in Maine to the Trump administration.

Collins declined to identify the two, but said “they are both highly qualified, in my view.”

Maine District U.S. Attorney Thomas E. Delahanty resigned last Friday, one of dozens of U.S. attorneys appointed by President Obama who were asked to step down.

Collins formed a committee in January to review potential nominees for political posts in Maine. The eight-member panel was headed by Josh Tardy, a Newport lawyer and former Republican leader of the Maine House of Representatives. Tardy was also chair of Trump’s presidential campaign in Maine.”

Who Will Replace U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder?

The Hill reports “Five candidates to replace Holder. Attorney General Eric Holder’s announcement Thursday that he’s stepping down after six years heading the Justice Department set tongues wagging in Washington about who might succeed him.

White House press secretary Josh Earnest said Thursday the White House is already evaluating candidates to replace Holder and that the selection would be a “high priority.” He said the Senate should be prepared to act promptly.

President Obama has plenty of past and present insiders to choose from, but could also enlist a high-profile rising star.

The timing of the president’s nomination will play a critical role in the confirmation process. If Obama picks a more controversial nominee, Senate Democrats might try to ram it through in the lame-duck session after the election — particularly if Republicans win the majority in November.

Here are five people who might be willing to take the plunge.”

1.) Don Verrilli
2.) Janet Napolitano
3.) Kamala Harris
4.) Preet Bharara
5.) Tony West

Attorney General Eric Holder Will Resign

The Hill reports “Attorney General Eric Holder, one of President Obama’s longest serving lieutenants, will announce his resignation Thursday, according to the Justice Department. His tenure was also marred by controversy. Holder resisted calls for his resignation in the wake of the administration’s arms trafficking Operation Fast & Furious, in which federal authorities lost track of hundreds of guns, some of which ended up in the hands of Mexican drug cartels.

The House voted in 2012 to Holder in contempt of Congress over his refusal to comply with a subpoena issued as part of a Republican investigation into the botched operation.

Holder will remain at the Department of Justice until his post is filled, and no successor will be named Thursday. The Justice Department official suggested Holder could remain on the job until December.”

Great Expose On New Hampshire Corruption

Mike Gill Sr. Connects the players of corruption in NH, view HERE.

Mike, job well done!

New Hampshire is not unique. This pattern of official corruption is happening within the state of Maine and New Jersey, well documented.

Here are a few pieces to your official corruption puzzle:

Cover up of criminal activity by (now former A.G. ) Kelly Ayotte, click here and here.

Attorney Kacavas was asked to defend Bill Miller in this false charge against him. Kacavas accepted a $5,000 retainer, but  then changed his mind. Shortly thereafter, he landed a job in the U.S. Attorneys Office, replacing Thomas Collantuono who covered up a criminal complaint to his office regarding the cover up of criminal activity  by law enforcement agencies/officials in New Hampshire.

A civil rights case was filed in the N.H. U.S. District Court, Judge Joseph LePlante presiding, which involved this criminal activity.  He dismissed the case. It was later learned that LePlante was an employee of the USAG’s office during the tenure of Collantuono when the complaint was covered up.

Grievance Committee Petition.  This petition was never brought before the committee.

Others involved in this “coordinated effort” include the N.H. State Police, the N.H. branch of the FBI and Kelly Ayotte’s “protector”, Rep. Al Baldasaro.  Beware of wolves in sheep’s clothing!

Coincidence….Or Deliberate Design?

To those of you who are followers on this blog, is this coincidental or deliberate design?

This blog was started to expose official corruption in Maine. People from other states had documented evidence of the same ongoing in their own states which is the reason I added….And Beyond. You have a voice here!

The pattern of corruption, cover up, and the connecting of dots – which extends beyond Maine – has been exposed. Do you not believe that officials from Maine communicate with officials in other states? Do you not believe that they keep an eye on each other, talk amongst themselves about individuals who are exposing their official corruption?

Official corruption complaints filed with former Maine Gov. John Baldacci and A.G. Janet Mills yielded the same results with (now former) N.H. Governor John Lynch and (former) N.H. A.G. Kelly Ayotte.

Governor Baldacci’s business as usual, his connections, here and here, coupled with his campaign contributors, click  here  extend into New Hampshire.

Cover up official corruption within the Farmington N.H. Police Department.

The layer of Misprision of Felony and Obstruction of Justice to Kelly Ayotte’s onion and the cover up of elder abuse in Farmington NH. is the same pattern that extends beyond the state of Maine.

Connect the dots…….  from Maine to New Hampshire, click here.

N.H.’s newly elected Governor is Marguerite Hassan.  On June 8, 2013 a letter was faxed to Gov. Hassan, click here.

Without going into further detail at this time, take notice of  the following.

Former Maine Gov. John Baldacci and prominent lobbyist Severin Beliveau are hosting a fundraiser event in Maine for New Hampshire Gov. Maggie Hassan, who faces re-election next year. Read more,  click here.

It flies in the face of justice that elected/state officials protect the perpetrators of criminal activity.

Can you now connect the dots?

Is this coincidental? Or deliberate design?

Is this…you scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours?

More Cover Ups Within The Department Of Justice?

Where are the indictments?

Lanny Breuer, Justice Department criminal division chief, states that in order for him to prosecute he would have to prove all elements of the crime.
