INTELLIHUB reports “Armed militia, patriots, takeover federal building, prepare for standoff with government.

At least 150 of armed militia, patriots, are currently occupying a federal building, the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge Headquarters, in support of two local farmers, Dwight L. Hammond Jr. and his son, Steven D. Hammond, who were previously convicted of arson and sentenced to prison for setting parts of their own property ablaze to ‘protect their livelihood’ which eventually spread onto federal land.

The group, which includes two of the famous Bundy Ranch brothers, says the issue now is that an out of control federal judge plans to charge the farmers with ‘terrorism’ under Public Law 104-132, the Anti Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996, putting them back into prison for up to five-years, despite the fact that the farmers have already served their combined sentence of 12 months for the arson.
