Trump Administration Embraces Heritage Foundation Policy Recommendations
“One year after taking office, President Donald Trump and his administration have adopted nearly two-thirds of the policy recommendations from The Heritage Foundation’s “Mandate for Leadership.”
“The “Mandate for Leadership” series includes five individual publications, totaling approximately 334 unique policy recommendations. Analysis completed by Heritage determined that 64 percent of the policy prescriptions were included in Trump’s budget, implemented through regulatory guidance, or under consideration for action in accordance with The Heritage Foundation’s original proposals.”
1. NAFTA. Richard Allen, Reagan White House, Heritage Foundation, drafted North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Karl Marx supported Free Trade.
2. U.S.-SOVIET EDUCATION/CULTURAL AND MUNICIPAL LOCALITIES AGREEMENTS. Heritage Foundation supports/supported U.S.-USSR Education and Cultural Exchange Agreements (Reagan-Gorbachev Agreement, 1985) AND Carnegie-Soviet Academy of Science Agreement, 1985. Click HERE. A member of the Council for National Policy, deceased, told me Heritage had also set up an office in Moscow after the phony fall of the Soviet Union.
3. SOCIALIZED MEDICINE. Stuart Butler, formerly UK, while at Heritage Foundation 1980-2014, now associated with Brookings Institute, drafted original health care plan, now known as Obama Care, or whatever the new label is. 4. TAX-FUNDED SCHOOL CHOICE/CHARTERS WITHOUT ELECTED BOARDS (TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION) necessary for full-scale implementation of lifelong Soviet polytechnical workforce training, using “quota system” for job training assignments, as in all communist countries. Heritage Foundation is primary instigator and supporter of tax-funded school choice, vouchers, charter schools without elected boards. Education budget at the local, state, and federal level exceeds that of the Defense Dept. Thus, it is likely education, which is presently being stripped of taxpayer representation, will lead the pack, across the board, in chucking our representative form of government (taxation without representation).
5. COMMUNITY ORIENTED POLICING SYSTEM (COPS). Heritage Foundation supports the East German STASI (snitch on your neighbor) Community Oriented Policing System, aka COPS, which is a public/private partnership run by unelected council (regional government: communism). Edwin Meese, Reagan’s White House Counselor, is still at Heritage Foundation doing his dirty work. Meese wrote the recent report (link below) recommending that the Trump Administration support the Community Oriented Policing System (future police state with police in center of our community running our lives lifelong) about which I have written until I am purple in the face.

Here is my favorite quote out of mouth of communist socio-psychologist Trojanowicz, who was early drafter of COPS initiative. This quote is found in following article explaining what COPS really is, written by gutsy San Diego, CA police lieutenant in 2002:
“To further understand the philosophy of COPS, one does not have look further than the late socio-psychologist Dr. Robert Trojanowicz. Formerly the director of the National Center for Community Policing at the University of Michigan, he is considered the father of Community Oriented Policing. Consider the following selections from his writings.
“In order to effect rapid change, one must mount a vigorous attack on the family lest the traditions of present generations be preserved.” Socio-psychologist Warren Bennis in his book, The Temporary Society. Bennis’ book “Leaders”, was recommended reading at one time when one was promoted to sergeant on the S.D.P.D., wherein he identifies the leaders in any organization as “agents of change”.
Dr. Trojanowicz admits in no uncertain terms that is what his research is all about:
“It should also be noted that the continuing interest in finding a viable definition for the term community has not merely been an intellectual exercise. The theme underlying much of the research is that once you can identify a community, you have discovered the primary unit of society ABOVE the level of the individual and the family that can be mobilized to take concerted action to bring about POSITIVE SOCIAL CHANGE.” [14]
