Maybe our Governors could let us know if we “are there yet”. Have they made “contributions” along the way?

Has the National Governor Association (NGA) helped to move us “there” with their Communist Common  Core? They are the sole owners and developers of Common Core, along with the Council of Chief State School Officers. (CCSSO)

Yesterday (12/2/2015) our imperial legislators in the House ignored the pleas of the “grassroots”, and passed the Every Student Succeeds Act. See how your legislator voted.

We have one last chance to defeat the passage of this ESEA money bomb in the Senate next week. This is an abomination. Our nation needs a miracle.

PRAY AND TAKE ACTION. BOMBARD THE SENATE WITH CALLS, TWEETS, AND TWITTERS.

Among the many things dangerously wrong with this legislation, which the ABCs of Dumbdown has repeatedly exposed, are the continuing provisions which allow for the selling of our children and communities for work force training and international privatization profit. This will continue to occur through the legislation’s Title IV 21st Century Learning Programsplanted in this legislation.

If Americans understood who was feasting on their children, their schools,communities, and their tax dollars through the ESEA Title IV Programs, they would recoil in disbelief.

Charlotte Iserbyt is the consummate whistleblower! Iserbyt served as Senior Policy Advisor in the Office of Educational Research and Improvement (OERI), U.S. Department of Education, during the first Reagan Administration, where she first blew the whistle on a major technology initiative which would control curriculum in America’s classrooms. Iserbyt is a former school board director in Camden, Maine and was co-founder and research analyst of Guardians of Education for Maine (GEM) from 1978 to 2000. She has also served in the American Red Cross on Guam and Japan during the Korean War, and in the United States Foreign Service in Belgium and in the Republic of South Africa.

Iserbyt is a speaker and writer, best known for her 1985 booklet Back to Basics Reform or OBE: Skinnerian International Curriculum and her 1989 pamphlet Soviets in the Classroom: America’s Latest Education Fad which covered the details of the U.S.-Soviet and Carnegie-Soviet Education Agreements which remain in effect to this day. She is a freelance writer and has had articles published in Human Events, The Washington Times, The Bangor Daily News, and included in the record of Congressional hearings.

Those opposed to the Reauthorized ESEA/ESSA thank you for informing us regarding the source of the text of ESEA.

Prior to the final vote on the bill, you singled out… with high praise… Mr. Brad Thomas, your Senior Education Policy Adviser, for his important role over a period of five years in the crafting of the ESEA Reauthorization legislation.

May we, therefore, assume that Mr. Thomas was one of the major architects of this unconstitutional family/nation-killing bill?

RELATED QUESTION AND SUGGESTION:

How many other like-minded congressional staffers contributed to the text of the Every Child Succeeds Act?

Are we taxpayers and voters willing to permit unelected backroom staffers, colluding with foreign “entities”, to write legislation which will affect our children’s futures (and upward mobility)?

Is this the “new” Congressional system we want to pass onto our children without a whimper or complaint? How much of our nation’s legislation is crafted in this manner?

Rep. John Kline, Republican Chairman of the House Education and Workforce Committee, issued the following press release regarding the House Version of the Reauthorization of ESEA, which will be voted on tomorrow, December 2, or later this week:

Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-NC): Replace NCLB to Improve Education, Empower Parents | Education & the Workforce Committee

Compare Charlotte’s harsh critique of the House and Senate versions of the Reauthorization of ESEA legislation (above Rense link) which includes her request you call your elected officials at 202-224-3121 to demand a NO vote on House and Senate bills, and a call to Sen. Mike Lee of Utah, requesting him to call for postponement of the vote on the Reauthorization of ESEA.

Call, call, call your representatives and senators immediately (today) and demand they vote NO on the House and Senate bills which, through misleading wording (semantic deception) lead the average American to believe the legislation will reduce the federal/international footprint from education at the local level.

Call, Call, Call Utah Sen. Mike Lee’s office and thank him for exposing in the Congressional Record the illegal shenanigans which have taken place related to passage of this bill, including the rush for a vote on a 1,059-page bill that few Senators and Representatives, and no taxpayers, have had time to read, much less study. Please ask him to publicly (on the Senate floor) call for postponement of the House and Senate votes to provide for a thorough Congressional investigation of these perceived procedural illegalities.
