NJ Teachers Union President Will “Bend the Truth,” Cover Up Child Abuse in Schools

“A Project Veritas undercover investigation, recorded on March 27th 2018, has shown Hamilton Township Education Association President, David Perry, detail the steps the teacher’s union would take to protect a teacher who physically abused and threatened middle school students from losing their job.

Dr. Perry says he would misrepresent the events of altercations between teachers and students by back-dating reports and instructed the teacher to not tell anybody about incidents with students.

By failing to report this incident, Dr. Perry may have broken the law. According to New Jersey’s Department of Children and Families, “In New Jersey, any person having reasonable cause to believe a child has been subjected to abuse or acts of abuse should immediately report this information…”

The union president also stressed that a teacher who abuses his students needs to come to the union after any incident so that they can create a report that would best protect them from students that come forward about abuse.

When the Project Veritas undercover journalist asks what could be done to protect a teacher who severely abused a student physically, the Hamilton Township Education Association President stated that his strategy would be to “bring it down a level, ” by misrepresenting the facts of the incident.”

The Great Neoconservative Deception

For those who don’t understand (and I don’t blame them) who is running the show to destroy our form of government education, and economy: how can anyone know what has happened when the research of patriot activists has been boycotted by those running the agenda — the neoconservative Trotskyite movement that took over the Republican Party when Ronald Reagan was elected and have been running the show? Dems had pretty much done their job fine tuning the brainwashing in the schools and getting regional government (communism) into our states, since the sixties/seventies. Dems and leftist tax-exempt foundations, once Carter was out of office and Reagan was in, secretly turned agenda over to neoconservative Trotskyites, and put their feet up on their desks and went out to lunch!

I am not receptive to any material produced by Shane Vanderhart of the American Principles Project or from any of the neoconservative Trotskyite organizations, including PioneerHillsdaleHeartlandHeritage, or any of Heritage’s 50 state affiliates which are all following Heritage’s Trotskyite agenda, and who have been lying to the American people regarding “everything education and political/economic” for many years and excluding the solid research provided them by not just me but by many other brilliant education researchers, such as Heaton, Hindman, some no longer with us, and some still with us whose names I will not mention, for obvious reasons. They know who they are, and God bless them. These Trotskyite tax-exempt organizations Americans consider to be “conservative” have boycotted every single publication or book or article that I have written since I was fired for leaking a document regarding computer technology to Human Events in 1982. Equally important books by other great patriot Americans have been boycotted as well.

It is utterly sickening to me to see all these tax-exempt wolves in sheep’s clothing raking in dues from innocent Americans NOW, after the ship has sunk, with “old” research which has been given new labels. Its as if it’s the same poison in bottles with new labels.

Regarding this particular Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) article by Shane Vanderhart (linked to his name above), this subject (although extremely important) has been researched and written about for over thirty years, under different labels. The late John Goodlad, probably the world’s No. 1 “education change agent” from at least the 1960s on until he died 3-4 years ago, discussed social emotional learning thirty years ago; saying that type of education would follow the globalist dumbing-down. The Goodlad Study is the Study I found at the National Institute of Education in 1981 in a storage room while looking for a typewriter ribbon. I have the whole tax-exempt/federally funded study which resulted in four books published by McGraw Hill: Schooling for a Global Age, Communities and their Schools, Arts and the Schools, and Goodlad’s book “A Place Called School”.

Now that the game is “up” the neocons discuss the subjects. I’ll never forget Jane Robbins of American Principles, a lawyer who manages to get her learned articles on education published in well-known national journals, stating in an article last year that she did not know what Outcome Based Education (OBE) really was until last year!

I have been writing about OBE for 33 years; all the research on it is in my 3D book, and originally was discussed in my little booklet “Back to Basics or OBE… Skinnerian International Curriculum” *necessary for US participation in a socialist one world government necessary for the early years of the twentieth century written in 1985 which was immediately boycotted by the neoconservative Trotskyites (every single neocon organization in the nation, without exception, including the Birchers). The major initial grant to pilot OBE went to South Korea in the sixties and seventies and was entitled “Education for Results: In Response to A Nation At Risk”, Vol.1: Guaranteeing Effective Performance by Our Schools by Robert E. Corrigan, Ph.D., and Betty O. Corrigan (SAFE Learning Systems, Inc.: Anaheim, CA, 1983). This particular paper was published in 1983 for the Reagan Administration’s use, and actually served as a springboard for implementing OBE.

Most of the experimentation history (pilot OBE/ML/DI) programs, including one in Korea discussed in this paper, were implemented in the 1960s and 1970s. The Education for Results Project, which basically called for using Corrigan’s Model (mastery learning/outcome-based education/management information systems) had the support of the following twenty key education change agents:

The following are excerpts from “Education for Results”: PROLOGUE: Committing to the Feasible Delivery of Effective Educational Results, by Nolan Estes, prior U.S. Commissioner of Education, University of Texas, Austin… On April 26, 1983, the National Commission for Excellence in Education presented to President Ronald Reagan A Nation at Risk, a report on the status of quality education in the United States. This commission was formed by Secretary of Education Dr. Terrel Bell, in August 1981, to evaluate the current status of our national educational system in terms of its overall performance effectiveness; and, where appropriate, to propose changes in policy, practices, and programs to increase the effectiveness of our schools. The beginning of this reported decline in the performance effectiveness began in the 1960’s. As a Commissioner of Education (1965–1969), along with other Commissioners, we made substantial investments in grants and programs to develop more effective professional practices to replace those then in operation. We concentrated our investments in two major programs, namely: A. To increase learning effectiveness (mastery scores) for all learners; and B. To increase the management effectiveness of the delivery system to increase the measured success for learners.

5. Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese, with caspar weinberger, former cabinet official, was deeply involved in the White House Private Sector Initiative (corporate fascism) in 1981 (merger of the public and private sector).

6. Maine Heritage invited a New Zealand professor in to speak regarding the glories of consolidation/regionalism. I attended the conference in Augusta about ten years ago. Our so-called conservative Governor LePage is 100% controlled by Heritage and has signed executive Orders recently to further consolidate our schools for workforce training and to take control of the prison system at the state level.

7. Heritage Foundation published last September Edwin Meese’s paper supporting Community Oriented Policing System (aka East German STASI policing system) which is now going in all over the country: last nail in coffin.

Maine has been a leader in all this treason.

THE DAILY WORLD OF NOVEMBER 8, 1975 CARRIED A VERY INTERESTING ARTICLE ENTITLED “Planning Is Socialism’s Trademark” by Morris Zeitlin. The Daily World (newspaper of the Communist Party USA) was formerly known as The Daily Worker and was founded in 1924. The importance of this article lies in its blatant admission that regionalism, which is gradually becoming the accepted method of unelected governance in the United States (unelected councils and task forces, participatory democracy, public-private partnerships, etc.) is the form of government used in democratic socialist and communist countries.

The following are excerpts from this article:

“Cities in industrially advanced countries develop complex economic, social and political interaction. In this process, major cities tend to consolidate neighboring smaller cities and settlements into metropolitan regions. Rationally, metropolitan regions should constitute governmental units having comprehensive planning and administrative powers within their boundaries.

In our country (the United States), rival capitalist groups, jealously guarding their special prerogatives, have rigidly maintained the traditional boundaries of states and counties while national economic and social development has created metropolitan regions that overlap those boundaries. We have no regional government and no comprehensive regional planning to speak of. Regional government and planning remain concepts our urban scholars and planners have long advocated in vain….

In socialist countries, metropolitan regions enjoy metropolitan regional government and comprehensive planning. Of the many regions on the vast territory of the Soviet Union, the Moscow Region commands special attention, for it has been, since the 1917 Revolution, the country’s economic and political center.

The economic and functional efficiencies and the social benefits that comprehensive national, regional and city planning make possible in socialist society explain the Soviet Union’s enormous and rapid economic and social progress. Conversely, our profit-oriented ruling capitalist class makes comprehensive social and economic planning impossible, causing waste and chaos and dragging the entire nation into misery and suffering as its rule deteriorates and declines.”

Consolidation, along with tax-funded school choice/charters without elected boards, is the vehicle to implement the new “non-academic” workforce training system. The charter schools with unelected board will assure that you, parent, and your children, will not be able to object to their designation for job training.

This new system is NOT academic; and it is not traditional vocational education either.

The consolidated schools system will dictate that individual schools within the new system train your child in various skills necessary to implement the “planned economy” in order to spin off profits for the global elite.

This communist system was called for in 1934 by the Carnegie Corporation which stated in Conclusions and Recommendations for the Social Studies, 1934, “we will use the schools to change the United States economic system to a “planned economy”. Go to American Deception.com and type “Conclusions” into the search box and above Carnegie book will pop up. It’s short so you can read it in half an hour maximum.

Planning is fascism/communism/socialism, merging the public and private sector under appointed/not elected boards.

This is the communist “quota” system where the schools receive dictates from corporation/government partnership to train a certain number of welders, doctors, teachers, musicians whatever are required. This system is used in Russia, Germany, Cuba, N. Korea, China, etc. It is a failed system, at least for those not in charge of the public/private partnership. That means YOU, parent, and your children.

If your child wants to be a welder or a doctor or whatever, he cannot get the training unless he/fits within the corporate/government quota for that training category. If he doesn’t fall within the quota (say he is #11 and there are only 10 slots to be filled (trained) in welding or medicine, his hopes and dreams for the future are extinguished.)

The late Prof. Eugene Boyce of the University of Georgia said of this system “In communist countries they do not educate for jobs that don’t exist.”

This is what Governor LePage wants for your children.

Is this what you want for your children? Is this what your children would want if they knew what was coming down the pike?

Is this what academic teachers want?

Does the Governor know what he is doing, or is a puppet of the Heritage Foundation?

Heritage Foundation “writes the rules?” What is there not to understand?

A New Kind Of Classroom?

New York Times reports “A New Kind of Classroom: No Grades, No Failing, No Hurry.” “Jane Robbins, a lawyer and senior fellow at the American Principles Project who has written critically about mastery-based education, said she finds the checklist nature of the system anti-intellectual. While it may work to improve math skills, it is unlikely to help students advance in the humanities, she said.” Read more HERE.

How does Jane Robbins at the American Principles Project suddenly get quoted in The New York Times as an education expert concerned over Skinnerian Mastery Learning, Direct Instruction, Competency-based Education, Outcomes-Based Education, Results-based Education, when she and the neoconservative groups with which she associates, all, over a period of many years, have supported tax-funded school choice/charters with unelected boards, necessary for corporate fascist polytechnical communist school to work. Charter schools require Skinnerian Mastery Learning and all the method’s other alphabet soup labels which she and others of her ilk now claim to oppose.

And, in passing, the computer, Skinner’s box, requires this animal-training method. Skinner said “I could make a pigeon a high achiever by reinforcing it on a proper schedule.”

Where have the so-called “experts” been since the late sixties when the first Mastery Learning program, Exemplary Center for Reading Instruction (ECRI) was funded by the U.S. Office of Education? Ignorance regarding this Pavlovian/Skinnerian pillar of workforce training and brainwashing is really inexcusable. If these so-called education experts don’t understand the “method”, why would anyone believe they have an understanding regarding anything “education-related”?

Of course, I suspect they understand very well the deception they are carrying out, and the deception may just work very well since views of persons such as myself or Ann Herzer, or any other Americans concerned about the changes taking place in our nation through so-called education reform are censored 100% by the Trotskyite neoconservatives and the corporate media which supports changing our traditional academic education system to a communist workforce training system (charter schools) which use our children to spin off profits for the global elite.

Those neoconservative groups, starting with Eagle Forum in 1985, date of publication of my Back to Basics Reform or OBE…Skinnerian International Curriculum, have been boycotting every article, book, booklet Ann Herzer and I have written since the early 1980s. Herzer, public school reading teacher and member of the Arizona Federation of Teachers, was deeply involved in the Arizona AFT’s opposition to the mastery learning method. The late Al Shanker, President of American Federation of Teachers, tabled Arizona Federation of Teachers’ resolution asking the federal government to stop funding destructive Skinnerian curriculum and methods.”

Ann Herzer, Independent Researcher, Exposes The Russian Skinnerian/Pavlovian Dog Training Method

Ann Herzer,  a retired public school teacher and educational researcher,  was one of first, if not the first, to expose the Russian Skinnerian/Pavlovian dog training method, absolutely necessary for global workforce training and brainwashing.

This dog training  method is also known as Mastery Learning (ML);  Outcomes Based Education (OBE); Direct Instruction (DI); Performance Based Education (PBE); Competency-Based Education (CBE) and Effective Schools.”

“In some charter schools across the country, the extended day has been implemented. When the USSR put in the total poly tech system in 1958 they also extended the school hours. The professional teachers complained, and an extensive amounts of research was done in their schools. What they discovered was that beyond a certain time period, depending on age, no learning takes place. What they did, and probably still continue, is they researched age groups to see just how much time on task a child could tolerate and still learn. They then adjusted the curriculum accordingly. ( I researched the USSR up to almost 2000 when I determined we were trying to put in the same system of workforce training, so I just read laws in the USA etc. They also held school for a half day on Saturday for usually propaganda education. The after school Communist training schools are legendary.

In case some might be curious, during WWII so many men were killed in Russia and Germany they had to implement the poly tech system that included young children for the war effort. In the USA, the women took the place of men in the factories I. e. Rosie the…. slogan referring to our wonderful women who went into the factories and did the jobs of men. The grandparents usually watched the children and we survived, so did freedom, so far!

Russia thought the system had become undemocratic because too many of the upper class were the only ones selected for higher education, so equal education extended it to all. Now, the students were placed in a career pathway at the end of fourth grade, and there they remained until the state decided what job in their field of study was needed. Needless to say, there was no upward mobility in such a system, the American Dream or Soviet Dream did not exist. The government did not educate for a job that did not have the possibly of existing down the projected time line. Education was under the tight control of government, propaganda and all! A public/private partnership did exist, but business was also tightly controlled by the central Communist party. Their five year plan is very similar to our PPBS plan promoted by the government and some companies. Some businesses have withdrawn from this system and select to survive or fail on their own. The government control, I understand makes it very difficult for businesses to survive with all the regulations, and that is why many are moving abroad. I only wish President Trump would see the exact correlation in education.

Elementary education in many countries ends about 7th or 8th grade, and a minority are selected for further skills training and a few for professional jobs like teachers, doctors etc go to a university for extended learning. The teachers in the USSR were highly trained in their content areas, even in elementary schools. Of course the Darwin and Pavlovian method and philosophy was taught to the children at a very early age along with job skills. But, the system failed as all totalitarian, government, controlled systems have failed throughout recorded history. Why?

I think the quest for freedom can not be programmed out of many individuals, and the individualism in each and every child will eventually surface regardless of the propaganda and programmed education. (See Common Core or whatever name it goes by now e. g. Career…for an example).

The USSR tried to place children according to their aptitude and self- interest, but economic situations prevailed first. We are trying to do the same thing, and this is one reason we have so much testing in our schools now. Children are too immature at an early age, and no aptitude test can NOT possibly measure where a child should be placed in job training , and these test also includes academic and IQ tests. Most young children want to be firemen, policemen, or go to otter- space etc. What is happening now in education destroys the “American Dream” and must be stopped NOW!

I sometimes, in spite of my horror, find it humorous when propaganda names Germany or Finland as our model; they never mention the Soviet Union. Apparently, citizens will accept other countries as an example, but not the Soviet Union. To compare other countries to the USA is like comparing apples and oranges. The USSR adjusted their educational system when it was determined by, mostly teachers, that it was harmful to children. The USA is trying to get rid of our good content teachers and replace them with computers or five week government trained so called teachers. This is a money making scheme that has no concern for children or our economic stability in the future. As our children are educated, so goes our nation! Right now, our educational system does not project a positive picture especially with Betsy DeVos at the helm.

This is why I have said the old USSR system is more humane than our “so called restructuring of education”. The vested interest continue to harm children to either get the money or are simply fools! Probably both!

I read in the Arizona Republic or USA Today that research shows that women should work shorter hours than men because of the amount of housework a woman does. Apparently, some countries are doing this. It was less than 40 hrs for women and approximately 47 was the limit for men. Seems to me, this is only logical common sense, but Heaven forbid that anyone should not do research to prove a common sense point!

There is a point for everyone including children when overwork and long hours will show up in medical records. The USSR educational system proved this. I wish someone would read the research as I did. Take care and don’t overwork!”
