Related: HUMAN FREEDOM LAST CHAPTER?

On Wednesday, the New Hampshire House of Representatives approved the Senate-passed SB193, a bill that would establish education freedom savings accounts for students (ESAs). This makes New Hampshire the seventh state in the country to adopt such measures. Governor Chris Sununu (R) has endorsed the bill and is expected to sign it.

The following statements from education policy experts at The Heartland Institute – a free-market think tank – may be used for attribution. For more comments, refer to the contact information below. “The New Hampshire House just provided a belated Christmas present to the families of the state with the passage of SB 193 creating education savings accounts (ESA). Parents now have the freedom to choose the educational alternative that best fits the needs of their children. ESAs provide true education opportunity, instead of maintaining the status quo, where only the rich and upper middle class have access to education choice.”

“The passage of this bill is a great boon to New Hampshire families. The Granite State joins six others with ESA programs that serve as leaders in the move toward educational freedom. With education savings accounts, New Hampshire students will be able to reach their full academic potentials and better serve society in the spirit of ‘Live Free or Die.’ Bravo to New Hampshire lawmakers for giving families the ability to choose the best educational scenario for their children. This should serve as model for the rest of the country.”

“New Hampshire’s lawmakers took a giant leap towards expanding school choice in the Granite State. The bill would offer every family an education savings account to spend on private schools, textbooks, tutors, and other critical education expenses. This will empower parents to choose the best education that meets the diverse needs of their children.”

“SB193 has tremendous potential to radically improve the lives of thousands of low-income and special needs children throughout New Hampshire by giving them the chance to escape their failing and underperforming public schools. This bill allows all New Hampshire schoolchildren the opportunity to attend the schools that are best suited to meet their unique needs. Polling has shown nearly half of New Hampshire voters would prefer to send their child to a private school if the choice were available to them and tuition were no obstacle. The members of the General Court should be applauded for their embrace of an innovative policy that will help to improve educational outcomes across the Granite State.”

“Yet another state sees the wisdom in having education dollars follow the child instead of the bureaucrats. We need more independent schools that provide more options. We need fewer paper-pushing people perpetually pursuing pay and pensions.
“Thank you, New Hampshire.”

“It is fitting that the ‘Live Free or Die’ state, New Hampshire, is about to take the lead in the American education-freedom movement with the approval of near-universal Education Freedom Savings Accounts. Even the addition of “freedom” to the usual ESA label is significant. It signals political recognition that partial tuition scholarships or aid targeted only to special needs, while commendable, are insufficient to liberate parents to make all the best choices for their children. Putting parents fully in charge can mobilize the power of liberty to shift attention from the prerogatives of a power-hoarding statist bureaucracy to the needs of each precious child.”

Her inside knowledge will help you defend your children from controversial methods and programs of Marxist Socialist and globalist elite indoctrination and mind control. Discusses workforce training (school-to-work) as an essential part of an overall plan for a global economy, and how this plan will cut short your child’s future career plans and opportunities-
how the international, national, regional, state and local agendas for education reform are all interconnected and have been for decades.

A New Kind Of Classroom?

New York Times reports “A New Kind of Classroom: No Grades, No Failing, No Hurry.” “Jane Robbins, a lawyer and senior fellow at the American Principles Project who has written critically about mastery-based education, said she finds the checklist nature of the system anti-intellectual. While it may work to improve math skills, it is unlikely to help students advance in the humanities, she said.” Read more HERE.

Charlotte Iserbyt comments:

How does Jane Robbins at the American Principles Project suddenly get quoted in The New York Times as an education expert concerned over Skinnerian Mastery Learning, Direct Instruction, Competency-based Education, Outcomes-Based Education, Results-based Education, when she and the neoconservative groups with which she associates, all, over a period of many years, have supported tax-funded school choice/charters with unelected boards, necessary for corporate fascist polytechnical communist school to work. Charter schools require Skinnerian Mastery Learning and all the method’s other alphabet soup labels which she and others of her ilk now claim to oppose.

And, in passing, the computer, Skinner’s box, requires this animal-training method. Skinner said “I could make a pigeon a high achiever by reinforcing it on a proper schedule.”

Where have the so-called “experts” been since the late sixties when the first Mastery Learning program, Exemplary Center for Reading Instruction (ECRI) was funded by the U.S. Office of Education? Ignorance regarding this Pavlovian/Skinnerian pillar of workforce training and brainwashing is really inexcusable. If these so-called education experts don’t understand the “method”, why would anyone believe they have an understanding regarding anything “education-related”?

Of course, I suspect they understand very well the deception they are carrying out, and the deception may just work very well since views of persons such as myself or Ann Herzer, or any other Americans concerned about the changes taking place in our nation through so-called education reform are censored 100% by the Trotskyite neoconservatives and the corporate media which supports changing our traditional academic education system to a communist workforce training system (charter schools) which use our children to spin off profits for the global elite.

Those neoconservative groups, starting with Eagle Forum in 1985, date of publication of my Back to Basics Reform or OBE…Skinnerian International Curriculum, have been boycotting every article, book, booklet Ann Herzer and I have written since the early 1980s. Herzer, public school reading teacher and member of the Arizona Federation of Teachers, was deeply involved in the Arizona AFT’s opposition to the mastery learning method. The late Al Shanker, President of American Federation of Teachers, tabled Arizona Federation of Teachers’ resolution asking the federal government to stop funding destructive Skinnerian curriculum and methods.”

Ann Herzer, Independent Researcher, Exposes The Russian Skinnerian/Pavlovian Dog Training Method

Message from Charlotte Iserbyt:

“This article MUST be published by all political, religious,  and education journals.

Please forward to all your lists and especially to elected officials and to President Trump.

Ann Herzer,  a retired public school teacher and educational researcher,  was one of first, if not the first, to expose the Russian Skinnerian/Pavlovian dog training method, absolutely necessary for global workforce training and brainwashing.

This dog training  method is also known as Mastery Learning (ML);  Outcomes Based Education (OBE); Direct Instruction (DI); Performance Based Education (PBE); Competency-Based Education (CBE) and Effective Schools.”

Courtesy of Ann Herzer:

“In some charter schools across the country, the extended day has been implemented. When the USSR put in the total poly tech system in 1958 they also extended the school hours. The professional teachers complained, and an extensive amounts of research was done in their schools. What they discovered was that beyond a certain time period, depending on age, no learning takes place. What they did, and probably still continue, is they researched age groups to see just how much time on task a child could tolerate and still learn. They then adjusted the curriculum accordingly. ( I researched the USSR up to almost 2000 when I determined we were trying to put in the same system of workforce training, so I just read laws in the USA etc. They also held school for a half day on Saturday for usually propaganda education. The after school Communist training schools are legendary.

In case some might be curious, during WWII so many men were killed in Russia and Germany they had to implement the poly tech system that included young children for the war effort. In the USA, the women took the place of men in the factories I. e. Rosie the…. slogan referring to our wonderful women who went into the factories and did the jobs of men. The grandparents usually watched the children and we survived, so did freedom, so far!

Russia thought the system had become undemocratic because too many of the upper class were the only ones selected for higher education, so equal education extended it to all. Now, the students were placed in a career pathway at the end of fourth grade, and there they remained until the state decided what job in their field of study was needed. Needless to say, there was no upward mobility in such a system, the American Dream or Soviet Dream did not exist. The government did not educate for a job that did not have the possibly of existing down the projected time line. Education was under the tight control of government, propaganda and all! A public/private partnership did exist, but business was also tightly controlled by the central Communist party. Their five year plan is very similar to our PPBS plan promoted by the government and some companies. Some businesses have withdrawn from this system and select to survive or fail on their own. The government control, I understand makes it very difficult for businesses to survive with all the regulations, and that is why many are moving abroad. I only wish President Trump would see the exact correlation in education.

Elementary education in many countries ends about 7th or 8th grade, and a minority are selected for further skills training and a few for professional jobs like teachers, doctors etc go to a university for extended learning. The teachers in the USSR were highly trained in their content areas, even in elementary schools. Of course the Darwin and Pavlovian method and philosophy was taught to the children at a very early age along with job skills. But, the system failed as all totalitarian, government, controlled systems have failed throughout recorded history. Why?

I think the quest for freedom can not be programmed out of many individuals, and the individualism in each and every child will eventually surface regardless of the propaganda and programmed education. (See Common Core or whatever name it goes by now e. g. Career…for an example).

The USSR tried to place children according to their aptitude and self- interest, but economic situations prevailed first. We are trying to do the same thing, and this is one reason we have so much testing in our schools now. Children are too immature at an early age, and no aptitude test can NOT possibly measure where a child should be placed in job training , and these test also includes academic and IQ tests. Most young children want to be firemen, policemen, or go to otter- space etc. What is happening now in education destroys the “American Dream” and must be stopped NOW!

I sometimes, in spite of my horror, find it humorous when propaganda names Germany or Finland as our model; they never mention the Soviet Union. Apparently, citizens will accept other countries as an example, but not the Soviet Union. To compare other countries to the USA is like comparing apples and oranges. The USSR adjusted their educational system when it was determined by, mostly teachers, that it was harmful to children. The USA is trying to get rid of our good content teachers and replace them with computers or five week government trained so called teachers. This is a money making scheme that has no concern for children or our economic stability in the future. As our children are educated, so goes our nation! Right now, our educational system does not project a positive picture especially with Betsy DeVos at the helm.

This is why I have said the old USSR system is more humane than our “so called restructuring of education”. The vested interest continue to harm children to either get the money or are simply fools! Probably both!

I read in the Arizona Republic or USA Today that research shows that women should work shorter hours than men because of the amount of housework a woman does. Apparently, some countries are doing this. It was less than 40 hrs for women and approximately 47 was the limit for men. Seems to me, this is only logical common sense, but Heaven forbid that anyone should not do research to prove a common sense point!

There is a point for everyone including children when overwork and long hours will show up in medical records. The USSR educational system proved this. I wish someone would read the research as I did. Take care and don’t overwork!”

Betsy DeVos: Enemy Of The Status Quo…Charlotte Iserbyt Responds

BDN reports “The bosses at the nation’s teachers unions are in panic mode over Donald Trump’s nominee for secretary of education, Betsy DeVos.

The same labor heads who have long opposed any meaningful reforms to increase parental choice over education or that tie teacher performance to student achievement are throwing the kitchen sink at her, and it isn’t going to work. Read more HERE.

Charlotte Iserbyt response:

“Maine Media in bed with corporate sector. No anti-charter school discussion allowed.

Blue blood Insiders and corporate billionaires own properties on islands off coast. Have for over one hundred years.

Take a look at this from the deliberate dumbing down of america:
1927
THE CHRISTIAN SCIENCE MONITOR OF AUGUST 8, 1927 QUOTED FROM AN ADDRESS TO THE World Federation of Education Associations (WFEA) at their Toronto, Canada conference delivered by Dr. Augustus Thomas, commissioner of education for the state of Maine. Excerpts from Dr. Thomas’s revealing address follow:

If there are those who think we are to jump immediately into a new world order, actuated by complete understanding and brotherly love, they are doomed to disappointment. If we are ever to approach that time, it will be after patient and persistent effort of long duration. The present international situation of mistrust and fear can only be corrected by a formula of equal status, continuously applied, to every phase of international contacts, until the cobwebs of the old order are brushed out of the minds of the people of all lands. This means that the world must await a long process of education and a building up of public conscience and an international morality, or, in other words, until there is a world-wide sentiment which will back up the modern conception of a world community. This brings us to the international mind, which is nothing more or less than the habit of thinking of foreign relations and business affecting the several countries of the civilized world as free co-operating equals.

Maine is owned lock, stock, and barrel by the neoconservative/Trotskyite Heritage Foundation which came in about ten years ago and sewed up its political and education agenda, even bringing in a Prof. from NZ who spoke on the glories of consolidation/regional government (communism)!

Left and right in bed together. Always been that way. Public school teachers who are members of NEA and who oppose tax-funded school choice/ charter schools with unelected boards should take a look at the following entry in 3D which explains that NEA at top is controlled by likes of David Rockefeller and McGeorge Bundy (see below). Unlikely average NEA member ever dreamed that the union took orders from Wall Street and The Insiders.

TODAY’S EDUCATION, THE JOURNAL OF THE NATIONAL EDUCATION ASSOCIATION, CARRIED an article in the September–October 1976 edition entitled “The Seven Cardinal Principles Revisited.” On page 1 this article stated that:

In 1972, the NEA established a Bicentennial Committee charged with developing a “living commemoration of the principles of the American Revolution.” This 200th anniversary cel141 ebration of the Declaration of Independence was to focus on the next 100 years of education in an interdependent global community. The initial work of the Committee culminated in the NEA Bicentennial Idea Book. Among its ideas was that of developing a definitive volume to “contain a reframing of the Cardinal Principles of Education and recommendations for a global curriculum.”

After recognizing the importance of the original Cardinal Principles, which were published in 1918, the Committee made the point that “today, those policy statements about education are obsolete, education taken as a whole is not adequate to the times and too seldom anticipates the future.” A report to be issued by the NEA, proposing cardinal premises for the twenty-first century is the direct and immediate outgrowth of the Bicentennial Committee’s belief that “educators around the world are in a unique position to bring about a harmoniously interdependent global community based on the principles of peace and justice….” Early in September 1975, a 19-member Preplanning Committee began the task of recasting the seven Cardinal Principles of Education by developing 25 guidelines for the project.

[Ed. Note: Members of the Preplanning Committee read like a “Who’s Who of Leading Globalists.”
It included: former Secretary of Education T.H. Bell, “Mr. Management-by-Objectives,” who was responsible for the grant to William Spady of the Far West Laboratory to pilot OBE in Utah, with plans to “put OBE in all schools of the nation”; Professor Luvern Cunningham, Ohio State University, who subsequently served as advisor to the Kentucky Department of Education during its education restructuring in the 1990s; Willis Harman, Stanford Research Institute; Robert Havighurst, University of Chicago; Theodore Hesburgh, University of Notre Dame; Ralph Tyler, Center for Advanced Study in Behavioral Science; Professor Theodore Sizer, Coalition for Essential Schools, which calls for a “less is more” curriculum and removal of graduation standards (the Carnegie Unit); David Rockefeller; Professor Benjamin Bloom, father of Mastery Learning (the international learning method); the late McGeorge Bundy of the Ford Foundation; and others.]

It’s not just Maine that has an affiliate of Heritage Foundation installed and in control. Heritage Foundation has affiliates in most states.
Please forward this far and wide, especially to public school teachers who are clueless in this regard.”
