People must know and understand that former AG Kelly Ayotte could, and should, have taken action on drug activity in Farmington. State Rep. Al Baldasaro, as well as Senator Sam Cataldo, were made aware of the drug activity and cover up by Kelly Ayotte. A complaint to NH USAG Thomas Colantuano regarding the cover was “brushed under the rug.” Whereas federal crimes extended beyond state borders into New Jersey, (Fort Lee/Bergen County) then NJ USAG Chris Christie was contacted with a complaint. Christie chose to cover up the illegal activity and cover up of Kelly Ayotte. As Governor, Christie pursued the same pattern of cover up.

During her tenure as Attorney General, Ayotte covered up official corruption within the Farmington Police Department. She maliciously prosecuted Bill Miller of Farmington on a trumped up charge of threatening Chief Roberge. Bill spoke to the clerk at the town hall and requested the resignation of Farmington Police Chief Scott Roberge. Bill was falsely arrested in October 2007. Bill was subjected to drugging for 18 months when a trial was finally held. Bill was found NOT GUILTY! Kelly Ayotte, with the assistance of D.A. Janice Rundles (who left this position in December 2007 landed a position in the A.G.’s office), attempted to silence Bill because he had evidence of corruption and cover up by Police Chief Scott Roberge and officers Scott Ferguson and Kevin Willey.)
Attorney John Kacavas was retained for $5000 to represent Bill Miller. Shortly thereafter the retainer, he decided he couldn’t take the case….and shortly thereafter, he became NH USAG.
Connecting the dots…..Ayotte protected the Farmington PD, as well as did Rep. Al Baldasaro, and Baldasaro protected Ayotte. Federal prosecutor/Governor Chris Christie protected Ayotte. The US DOJ protected Christie and NH USAG Colantuono………do you see how far, wide and deep the corruption goes?
