Fox25 News reports “Electronic billboard with obscene word creates controversy in NH. Mike Gill, a local activist and owner of a business called The Mortgage Specialists, erected the sign on his building along South Willow Street, along with two other billboards in other New Hampshire cities.

The message accuses Sen. Shaheen and Sen. Ayotte of corruption, and uses an obscenity when referring to them.

Brian Sowa, a Manchester resident, said, “It’s not good, doesn’t put out a good image for the city, it definitely shouldn’t be there.”

But Gill told FOX25 his intention is to shock residents into listening to his message.

“I speak for thousands of victims,” Gill said. “I’m not offending children, I’m protecting the children in what I’m doing here.”

Gill runs a website called The State of Corruption, and has a radio segment where he discusses alleged misdeeds and extortion by top state officials.

Gill said anyone who is focused on the use of the curse word is missing the point of his protest.” View more HERE.

Mike is spot on! Must people remain silent when corruption is rampant in their city because it “doesn’t put out a good image for the city”? Folks, the “image” is already out there!

New Hampshire Sen. Kelly Ayotte’s Aide Arrested In Prostitution Sting

PPH reports “David Wihby, state director for New Hampshire Sen. Kelly Ayotte, has resigned after he was one of 10 men arrested last week in a prostitution sting in Nashua, officials said.

Ayotte released a statement late Saturday saying she was shocked at the arrest of a man she described as “a friend for many years.”

“David obviously cannot continue his duties, and I have accepted his resignation,” Ayotte said. “This is a very difficult time, and my thoughts and prayers are with everyone involved.”’ Read more HERE.

David Wihby “cannot continue his duties” because he got caught. Senator Ayotte, former N.H. Attorney General, known for her political maneuvers, is not a sleeper when it comes to corruption. During her tenure as Attorney General, Kelly Ayotte brushed under the rug evidence of official corruption and cover up by Farmington Police Chief Scott Roberge and officers Scott Ferguson and Kevin Willey. N.J. Governor Chris Christie’s Chief Of Staff, Kevin O’Dowd, Stepping Down

“Gov. Chris Christie’s chief of staff, Kevin O’Dowd, whose nomination to be state attorney general was put on hold because of the George Washington Bridge controversy, is planning to leave the administration later this month to assume a top executive position at Cooper University Hospital, officials announced today.

O’Dowd began serving as Christie’s chief of staff in January 2012. Previously, he served as deputy chief counsel to Christie, beginning in 2010.

Christie announced nearly a year ago that he intended to nominate O’Dowd to be the state’s next attorney general. However, the George Washington Bridge lane closure controversy that rocked his administration put the brakes on the appointment.

O’Dowd, a former federal prosecutor, had previously worked for Christie at the Office of the U.S. Attorney. He is married to Mary O’Dowd, the commissioner of the state’s Department of Health.

New Jersey U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman Expected To Return Bridgegate Indictment Of Governor Christie Cronies

The Star Ledger reports “The Bridgegate-related indictment of political allies of Gov. Chris Christie on federal corruption charges is a near certainty, with prosecutors launching a second grand jury intent on pressing defendants to testify against the governor, according to a published report quoting unnamed sources.”  Read more HERE.

“An article posted by Esquire quotes two anonymous sources it says are familiar with an ongoing investigation by the U.S. Attorney’s office in Newark into the September George Washington Bridge lane closures. The U.S. Justice Department has sent assistant prosecutors and FBI agents to work the case.”

“Fishman’s timetable is unclear’, but the article notes “that Fishman, an Obama appointee, hopes to see the entire matter resolved before this President’s term expires. “Fishman is really focused on Christie,” says one source. “Ultimately, he believes he’ll get to the governor.”  Read more HERE.

Attorney Kacavas was asked to defend Bill Miller in this false charge against him. Kacavas accepted a $5,000 retainer, but  then changed his mind. Shortly thereafter, he landed a job in the U.S. Attorneys Office, replacing Thomas Collantuono who covered up a criminal complaint to his office regarding the cover up of criminal activity  by law enforcement agencies/officials in New Hampshire.

A civil rights case was filed in the N.H. U.S. District Court, Judge Joseph LePlante presiding, which involved this criminal activity.  He dismissed the case. It was later learned that LePlante was an employee of the USAG’s office during the tenure of Collantuono when the complaint was covered up.

Grievance Committee Petition.  This petition was never brought before the committee.

Others involved in this “coordinated effort” include the N.H. State Police, the N.H. branch of the FBI and Kelly Ayotte’s “protector”, Rep. Al Baldasaro.  Beware of wolves in sheep’s clothing!

What’s wrong with this picture of Senator Kelly Ayotte? She violated her oath of office, duties and obligations as NH Attorney General.

Kelly Ayotte has alot to answer for during her tenure as NH A.G. If she is so interested in getting guns out of the hands of people, she should have investigated Farmington NH P.D. (now former – Chief Scott Roberge and current chief Willey…and specifically Officer Scott Ferguson.) Drugs and weapons are a bad recipe for tragedy! Do these politicians think we are stupid and believe their lies which will only lead to their intended agenda?

Several NH Judges ignore all principles of common sense, law and specific court orders when it comes to holder in due course and standing to sue for foreclosure, writ of possession, etc.

Then AG and current U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte was aware of the facts in this case and sat on her hands, the same way she ignored the forgery of a title insurance producer’s name to a mortgage, and was soundly blasted at a Town Hall meeting last month where she stammered in responding to a simple OWS question.

It is a game changer. Not many states have a Judicial redress panel like NH and I’m certain that many bad judges would love to get rid of it. Wageling was a no-show, having nothing to say for herself.
