Mike, you’ve done a great job! It’s imperative to note that this “pattern” of fraud and extortion (with the theft of businesses, homes, property) goes on in Maine and, hopefully, your investigation will open the doors to a Maine investigation!

People must know and understand that former AG Kelly Ayotte could, and should, have taken action on drug activity in Farmington. State Rep. Al Baldasaro, as well as Senator Sam Cataldo, were made aware of the drug activity and cover up by Kelly Ayotte. A complaint to NH USAG Thomas Colantuano regarding the cover was “brushed under the rug.” Whereas federal crimes extended beyond state borders into New Jersey, (Fort Lee/Bergen County) then NJ USAG Chris Christie was contacted with a complaint. Christie chose to cover up the illegal activity and cover up of Kelly Ayotte. As Governor, Christie pursued the same pattern of cover up.

During her tenure as Attorney General, Ayotte covered up official corruption within the Farmington Police Department. She maliciously prosecuted Bill Miller of Farmington on a trumped up charge of threatening Chief Roberge. Bill spoke to the clerk at the town hall and requested the resignation of Farmington Police Chief Scott Roberge. Bill was falsely arrested in October 2007. Bill was subjected to drugging for 18 months when a trial was finally held. Bill was found NOT GUILTY! Kelly Ayotte, with the assistance of D.A. Janice Rundles (who left this position in December 2007 landed a position in the A.G.’s office), attempted to silence Bill because he had evidence of corruption and cover up by Police Chief Scott Roberge and officers Scott Ferguson and Kevin Willey.)

Attorney John Kacavas was retained for $5000 to represent Bill Miller. Shortly thereafter the retainer, he decided he couldn’t take the case….and shortly thereafter, he became NH USAG.

Connecting the dots…..Ayotte protected the Farmington PD, as well as did Rep. Al Baldasaro, and Baldasaro protected Ayotte. Federal prosecutor/Governor Chris Christie protected Ayotte. The US DOJ protected Christie and NH USAG Colantuono………do you see how far, wide and deep the corruption goes?

Evidence commands a full investigation into the US Attorneys General Offices, specifically, New Hampshire, New Jersey and Maine.

In April 2007 a criminal complaint was filed with the OIG (Office of Inspector General) against two US Attorneys General. The Office of Inspector General determined that the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys management should review this complaint against NJ USAG Chris Christie and N.H. USAG Thomas Collantuono which was forwarded to the Department of Justice, Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys. (During the tenure of USAG Alberto Gonzales)

When the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys ignored the complaint documentation was faxed to H. Marshall Jarrett, Counsel, Office of Professional Responsibility, on October 15, 2007. Marshall Jarrett did nothing. Today he sits as head of the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys.

The Director of the Executive Office of US Attorneys, H. Marshall Jarrett, must be investigated for his obstruction of justice and abuse of power.

President-elect Donald Trump must end the “Revolving Door Policy.”

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie Facing 10 Years In Prison As Summons Issued For Misconduct In Office

Politicus reports “New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie could be facing at least ten years in prison as a criminal summons has been issued for his misconduct in office related to Bridgegate.

NBC4 in New York reported:

A judge has found probable cause for a complaint of official misconduct against Gov. Chris Christie related to the George Washington Bridge closure.

The case now goes to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, which will determine if the case will lead to an indictment.
Under New Jersey’s official misconduct law, a public servant can be imprisoned for up to ten years for criminal acts committed in their official capacity. Chris Christie’s Bridgegate behavior is a textbook violation of New Jersey law.” View more HERE.

A complaint – with links to New Hampshire – against Bergen County Prosecutor for misconduct and cover up was given to Christie when he was N.J. USAG and again when he became Governor. He has covered up the misconduct and violation of NJ statutes. Now the case now goes to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office? Where do you think this going? Christie’s misconduct in office extends beyond “Bridgegate”!

U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte….Remove The Mask!

The Union Leader reports “Today, the U.S. Senate is expected to deliver a bipartisan vote of final passage on the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA), a 128-page bill Ayotte and three other sponsors have worked on for two years.

Ayotte said in the past two years she’s fought to get into federal spending bills a two-and-a-half time increase of dollars — up to $468 million in the coming year.

And the Democrat seeking to unseat Ayotte, Gov. Maggie Hassan, underlined this fiscal reality as well.

The best thing this law could do, Ayotte said, is to help remove the stigma of addiction. “My promise is not to allow any of these people to become just statistics.””  Read more HERE.
