A civil rights case was filed in the N.H. U.S. District Court, Judge Joseph LePlante presiding, which involved this criminal activity. He dismissed the case. It was later learned that LePlante was an employee of the USAG’s office, during the tenure of Thomas Collantuono, when a criminal complaint was filed and covered up.
