Phil was instructed to call Agent O’Brien if there were no results with the Boston Department. A phone call to Agent O’Brien, after the Boston FBI contact yielded no results, revealed that Agent O’Brien was no longer at the DC Office and was transferred to the Connecticut Branch. A message was left for Agent O’Brien who never returned the call, which begs the question – Where is Agent O’Brien?

Shortly after Phil Castora’s call to Agent O’Brien in Connecticut, all hell broke loose in Farmington, N.H. (and New Jersey). The rest is history and posts can be found on this blog.

Tonight we are proud to present a 30 year veteran who came forward with verified facts in evidence, handed it over to her local district attorney and then without skipping a beat that same DA came after her as the criminal when she would not accept a bribe.

We have heard about this whistleblower who came forward only to get treated as a criminal while you watch your property, treasures and life ripped from your hands by bad actors with BAR cards and a license to steal. Dottie has spent years giving notice of her claims and verified facts, she has fought hard and says she will not give up or give in.

Our second guest Debbie Golden is a woman, mother and defender of her family and estate, a woman who has a story that would take days to tell and unravel for our viewers. Today we concentrate on one segment of her journey, a segment that has the ability to bring at least millions of dollars in fees, fines and lifetimes in prison to the criminals. This piece of the pie is about when Deborah, after her home being flooded out 7 times, is offered remedy in 2013 by FEMA. FEMA entered into a buyout agreement with her and after 2 years of paperwork, in 2015 she was ready to close the sale.

What FEMA, Deborah and her attorney found, and what the pirates provided to them, ended Deborah’s remedy with FEMA as they could not buy what they could not pay off. Who was to be paid off? Where was the lender? Without a party to pay they could not settle a purchase. This story is not an anomaly, thousands of people have had their properties destroyed by natural disasters, but, it does offer a piece of story of why there are Hundreds of Trillions of Dollars waiting to be collected and they would go directly to municipalities to heal America.

What could you do with a piece of the Trillions of dollars in your communities? Yes, you would benefit, yes this is real and yes it is possible to accomplish.

THE MAINE FORUM – FIRST AMENDMENT CASE (Part 2)

The evidence against the City of Biddeford, and the numerous people involved, is too voluminous to scan.   However, the following documents will reveal the story “behind the curtain.”
The conduct in this case, constituting racketeering violations pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 961(F)(1), is enumerated herein with the law applicable thereto:

FRAUD – A scheme was devised by means of false and fraudulent pretenses, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341, 1343 and 36 M.R.S.A., 5 M.R.S.A. § 4684, to unlawfully obtain ownership of real estate. The enterprise involved is an “enterprise” as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 1961(4).

EXTORTION – The “enterprise”, conspiring in concert with others, aided and abetted theft and extortion through the commission of state and federal offenses and gained financially by receiving the proceeds and benefits of this extortion in violation of 17-A M.R.S.A. §§ 353, 355 and 18 U.S.C. § 880. This entire “scheme” is a series of RICO predicate acts as 18 U.S.C. § 1951(a) expressly makes conspiracy a predicate act and a crime. The furtherance of these crimes was in violation of 17-A M.R.S.A. §§ 353, 354, 355 and 18 U.S.C. § 1349, 241, 242.

MAIL & WIRE FRAUD – The internet and U.S. Postal service were used by the enterprise/associate” to further extort money in the amount of $35,000 in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341, 1343. These were also multiple predicate acts under RICO statutes.

BANK & SECURITIES FRAUD – The “enterprise”/agent involved unlawfully used property, other than his own, as collateral by means of false or fraudulent pretenses and did obtain a mortgage from a bank in the amount of $105,000.00 in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1344 and § 1348. The Security Instrument involved, was obtained through unlawful activity and constitutes “racketeering activity” as defined by 18 U.S.C. §1961 and money laundering as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 1956 and § 1957.
