Judicial council takes no action against former Judge Alex Kozinski
“Nearly eight weeks after a federal judicial council received a sexual harassment complaint against California-based US Appeals Court Judge Alex Kozinski, the council said Monday that it was dismissing the grievance because Kozinski had stepped down in December.
The council said it conducted no investigation and was not reaching a ruling the merits of the complaint.
But it maintains the charges are serious.
“We recognize that the complaint references grave allegations of inappropriate misconduct, which the federal judiciary cannot tolerate,” the judicial council of the 2nd Circuit wrote.”

Who is Alex Kozinski?
“Alex Kozinski is one of the nation’s most respected and influential federal judges. Appointed by President Ronald Reagan, he has served more than three decades on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the largest in the country. He is an outspoken and iconoclastic jurist with a quick, irreverent wit. A clerkship in his chambers, coveted by top law students, often leads to the biggest prize of all, a clerkship at the Supreme Court.
And if Judge Kozinski were anything but a federal judge with life tenure, he’d most likely be out of a job by now.”
He also wrote the Forward for Sidney Powell’s book “Licensed to Lie: Exposing Corruption In The Department of Justice.”
What a shame Sidney Powell didn’t recognize how dirty he is/was. That’s the scariest part of it all. Hard to get ones arms around the sickness which is so pervasive in our society.
