I am saddened to hear of the death of Arthur Bernklau.
Arthur was Founder of Veterans for Constitutional Law, LLC. the ONLY Veteran’s Advocacy Organization that is NOT affiliated with the Veteran’s Administration. Art dedicated the greater part of his life to serving the veterans of this country, and founded Veterans for Constitutional Law which gave veterans the assistance they needed to receive the benefits they were entitled to. A Marine’s Marine, Art spearheaded the passage of Senate Bill §3421 which affects over 600,000 disabled and injured veterans fought the VA for their disability benefits.
Nina, Art’s wife, will continue his work helping veterans.
