“This post deals with the nest of communists out of Cambridge, Harvard, Brown U., etc. (going back at least 30-40 years) who are connected with Chicago ed reform (Obama, Annenberg, Bill Ayers, building bomber, brother of John Ayers, ex-VP of Carnegie Foundation for Advancement of Teaching who spearheaded charter schools in Chicago and now headsup school choice/charters and community ed (national and international agenda) out of Tulane University in New Orleans. Don Davies, Mr. Community Ed, edited book Communities and their Schools, part of Goodlad study, 1981. Davies involvement in school change dates back to early sixties. Davies founded Institute for Responsive Education in early 80s which pushes community education and parent-school partnerships, etc. Tony Wagner, close to Davies, now heading Davies outfit Institute for Responsive Education, which is connnected to the late Ted Sizer’s Coalition of Essential Schools, funded by Annenberg. Chicago is the headquarters for “small schools” based on Sizer’s Coalition. That is charter school model with unelected boards, also necessary for Community Schools lifelong, with NO elected boards.
We have the whole plan NOW, and there is little research left to do.
I wrote an article in 1984 regarding the commie group Educators for Social Responsibility (Tony Wagner founded it …see above…now involved in restructuring, pushing Finnish model) ESR developed curriculum “Facing History and Ourselves”, Holocaust curriculum which was pushed by NDN, out of my office in 1983. My article was published in Bangor Daily News, in 1984 and picked up by Cong. Tom Bliley, VA during Cong’l hearings on” Children’s Fears of Nuclear War” and made part of Congressional Record of hearings in 1984.
I can put all the commie pieces together now, those running school choice and charters, unelected boards, and community education lifelong.
Reagan and Carnegie’s Hamburg really facilitated so much of what is going on right now when they signed those horrible education agreements with the Soviets.”
