    I strongly believe that Mueller has a medical condition and was not himself entirely in that hearing. If he does have a substantial medical condition that effects his brain, then he didn’t commit perjury.

    At this point, the possible medical condition needs to be investigated but that could fall under privacy and can’t be done.
