The Unmasking of Maine....and Beyond 
All of the officials and the attorneys having knowledge of a crime have a fiduciary obligation to report said crime to a higher official. Take note of how many attorneys left the room when Dottie and Phil spoke. Had they remained they would have had knowledge of said crimes been committed. These attorneys knew what was about to happen and fled to cover their own ass.
Also note in Mr. Schneider’s speech he states that he cares not what happens to drug pushers. He also admits that judges and attorneys send signals and hand gestures to one another.
Accessory After the Fact
One of the most basic reporting charges is accessory after the fact, broadly defined as someone who helps or hides a criminal trying to avoid getting caught. A Tennessee attorney learned this lesson the hard way–when he was caught coaching a witness to lie on behalf of a client charged in a robbery that also involved a vicious dog attack. According to “The Legal Profession” blog, the attorney ended up having his license suspended.

It’s public knowledge now….the committee members not only have personal knowledge of crimes committed, but have documents in hand. This needs to be brought to OPEGA and the Government Oversight Committee.
I’m onto the “dances” they do at their masquerade parties.
Is it any wonder why the people of Maine do not trust their representatives? When examples of wrong doing by Schneider was being brought forth, committee members bring up reasons that have nothing to do with what is being brought forth to shut them up. Saying that they are bringing these reasons before that committee for answers or fixing the problem is NOT why they were stating the reasons. They were stating the reasons to show the ineptness and criminality of the actions/in-actions of the nominee for judge while he was a legislator and AG! This proves his inability to follow his oath to the constitution and his duties in positions beforehand…thus showing a pattern of ineptness and willful derelict of duty. This is VERY pertinent to the matter at hand which is showing why he should not be nominated to sit on the bench where he’d have peoples lives, freedoms and property in his hands. If he was unwilling and or unable to address them while in a lesser position that dictates he must do so before, then what makes this committee think he’ll do so in a more important role as judge? This goes to show you that these committee members are just as bad as the nominee before them and have no intention to follow their oaths of office either…and the proof of that is in the rubber stamping of nominating Schneider to the bench without so much as even taking a break to look at the information given them at the hearing BEFORE going on to vote unanimously for his nomination! UNBELIEVABLE!
I believe that you are referring to Rep. Michael Beaulieu’s comment. He tried to sway the committee that we were at the wrong committee and should have taken this up with the Government Oversight Committee or OPEGA (Office of Program Evaluation and Government Accountability). Phil assured him that he had already been to the OPEGA’s office.
We were at the correct committee and were there to present evidence as to our opposition of the nomination of Schneider. Our testimony included evidence of official corruption, thus Schneider’s lack of qualifications.
I believe he wanted to steer this out of his committee. They didn’t want to hear it. Well, they heard it! Now it was their duty to report these crimes, not confirm a criminal to the bench.
The people suffer greatly due to our “reps” lack of common sense. They are so controlled and do not realize it. It’s really scary.
If a government official is even made aware of the possibility of a crime, not to mention many crimes, the official’s duty and obligation to the alleged victims and the people of Maine is to investigate the crime, and submit the information gathered to a grand jury. It is in the Maine Statutes! Can these people not even abide by their own man made laws, to say nothing of the Supreme Law, the Constitution(s) of Maine and of the united States?
This Committee also has 10 members who voted last year, as Ought Not To Pass, on Rep. Ricky Long’s Bill, L.D. 220, An Act to Ban Agenda 21 from the State of Maine. Those members were presented, immediately after the testimony was complete on Schneider’s confirmation, with a lawful Presumptive Letter, with allegations of serious crimes regarding the votes last year – crimes of perjury, malfeasance of office, breach of fiduciary duty and the public trust, and even possible treasonous actions. They were given 30 days to respond to that Letter, as they were with the 5 Remonstrances which Phil served them with on (I believe) February 27th.
As others stated, OPEGA was contacted, and we went there and spoke with Director Beth Ashcroft at length before going to the confirmation hearing of Mr. Schneider.
People of Maine, you DO need to arise from your apathy, and pay serious attention to what is happening to eradicate the freedoms we were provided by the other “radicals” of ages past! Join the battle, or our posterity will be in shackles – seriously!
They do not uphold to their own laws when it concerns one of them. You saw the “friendships” on Tuesday. More than disgusting!
