Raleigh, NC — As Judge Howard E. Manning recused himself from Case No. 11 CV 001559 he also scheduled another hearing in Rodney-Dale; Class v. STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA in the Superior Court of Wake County for Monday, Sept. 12 at 10:00am in courtroom 10 C (10th floor). There is currently no publicly assigned Judge. STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA in the Superior Court of Wake County for Monday, Sept. 12 at 10:00am. There is currently no publicly assigned Judge or courtroom. Mr. Class will learn these details on Monday morning.

Mr. Class’ suit accuses the named State departments and individuals with charges of Embezzlement of Federal funds from the local political subdivisions, and violations of the Right To Travel issue.
