WE MUST STOP ALL TAX-SUPPORTED SCHOOL CHOICE PROPOSALS: TAX-SUPPORTED PRIVATE , HOME SCHOOL EDUCATION, RELIGIOUS EDUCATION AND CHARTER SCHOOLS, OR THE GAME IS OVER.

HOW MANY AMERICANS HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES TO PROTECT THE RIGHT TO VOTE? ONCE “THEY” HAVE STRIPPED THE PUBLIC EDUCATION SYSTEM OF THE RIGHT TO VOTE, IT WON’T BE LONG BEFORE ALL GOVERNMENT ENTITIES WILL FALL INTO THE UNELECTED COUNCIL SYSTEM (THE SOVIET COUNCIL FORM OF GOVERNMENT). REGIONAL GOVERNMENT, WHICH IS COMMUNISM, HAS ALREADY DONE A GOOD JOB ELIMINATING MANY, MANY FORMERLY ELECTED BODIES IN THE USA.

TAX-SUPPORTED PRIVATE SCHOOLS WILL NOT HAVE ELECTED SCHOOL BOARDS THAT REPRESENT ALL THE TAXPAYERS.

TAX-SUPPORTED CHARTER SCHOOLS (PUBLIC SCHOOLS) DO NOT HAVE ELECTED SCHOOL BOARDS. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TRADITIONAL PUBLIC SCHOOL AND A CHARTER SCHOOL IS THAT THE TRADITIONAL PUBLIC SCHOOL HAS AN ELECTED SCHOOL BOARD WHEREAS CHARTER SCHOOLS DO NOT HAVE AN ELECTED BOARD.

THIS IS TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION.

TRAITORS ARE TRAITORS NO MATTER WHAT POLITICAL PARTY THEY BELONG TO.

THE ISSUE IS: “WHAT SIDE ARE THEY ON? “RIGHT” OR “WRONG”?

WHEN THE FORMER HEAD OF IBM, LOU GERSTNER,WHO SUPPORTS WORK FORCE TRAINING/SCHOOL CHOICE, CALLS ON PRESIDENT OBAMA TO PULL DOWN THE 16,000 SCHOOL DISTRICTS, WHICH ARE THE ONLY EDUCATION AGENCIES WHICH HAVE ELECTED BOARDS, AND TROTSKYITE NEOCON CHANGE AGENT CHESTER FINN CALLS FOR THE ELIMINATION OF PRIVATE EDUCATION, SHOULDN’T ALL OF US BE ASKING ‘WHAT IS GOING ON HERE’?

CAN’T YOU SEE THAT THE ABOVE TWO TRAITORS ARE WORKING IN TANDEM? THEY UNFORTUNATELY HAVE THE SUPPORT OF THE HERITAGE FOUNDATION AND ALL OTHER MAJOR CONSERVATIVE ORGANIZATIONS IN THIS COUNTRY AND THE SUPPORT OF PRESIDENT OBAMA AND THE GLOBALIST COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS.

HOW MANY AMERICANS KNOW THAT THE WASHINGTON, D.C. HERITAGE FOUNDATION DRAFTED THE NORTH AMERICAN FREE TRADE AGREEMENT? THE AGREEMENT THAT HAS ROBBED MILLIONS OF AMERICANS OF GOOD PAYING JOBS? “THEY” NEEDED THAT AGREEMENT, AND THE SUBSEQUENT LOSS OF GOOD JOBS, IN ORDER TO USHER IN THE CHANGE IN EDUCATION FROM ACADEMICS TO SOVIET POLYTECH WORKFORCE TRAINING, LINING US UP WITH THE REST OF THE WORLD’S SOCIALIST COUNTRIES. A TOTALLY UNITED NATIONS/UNESCO PLAN. HOW MANY AMERICANS KNOW THAT OUT OF THE TWENTY EDUCATION ADVISORS TO UNESCO, NINETEEN CAME FROM COMMUNIST EASTERN EUROPE AND THE SOVIET UNION? AND OUR RESEARCHERS WONDER WHY THE COMMUNIST CORE APPEARS TO BE A MARXIST CURRICULUM?

HEGELIAN DIALECTIC AT WORK HERE: CREATE PROBLEM (DUMBING DOWN); PEOPLE SCREAM; ENTER THE HIGHLY TRAINED CHANGE AGENTS WITH THEIR SOLUTION: KILL PUBLIC EDUCATION AND SUBSTITUTE PUBLICLY- FUNDED PRIVATE EDUCATION, WHICH HAS NO ELECTED SCHOOL BOARDS, IN ORDER TO IMPLEMENT THE SOVIET PLYTECH SYSTEM NECESSARY FOR SPINNING OFF PROFITS FOR THE GLOBBAL ELITE. AMERICANS WOULD NEVER HAVE ACCEPTED THIS TREASON HAD THE SCHOOLS NOT BEEN DELIBERATELY DUMBED DOWN. THEY ARE ACCEPTING ANY POISON, NOT ASKING ANY QUESTIONS, IN ORDER TO GET OUT OF THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS. THE OLD ADAGE ‘BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR’ APPLIES HERE.

WE ARE BETWEEN A VERY NASTY ROCK AND A VERY NASTY HARD PLACE. AND WE MUST MAKE A DIFFICULT CHOICE.

THE PUBLICLY-FUNDED SCHOOL CHOICE OPTIONS TO PUBLIC EDUCATION ARE MORE LETHAL THAN THE PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM, SINCE THEY WILL USHER IN A NEW FORM OF GOVERNMENT AND WAY OF LIFE IN OUR COUNTRY. BE SURE TO READ THE ABOVE ATTACHMENTS IN ORDER TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS FORM OF GOVERNMENT WILL BE.

WE MUST, THEREFORE, AS DISTASTEFUL AS IT MAY SEEM TO MOST OF US EDUCATION RESEARCHERS, AND AMERICANS IN GENERAL:

SUPPORT THE RESTORATION OF THE PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM, AS IT WAS PRIOR TO 1965. THE USA HAD THE FINEST PUBLIC EDUCATION SYSTEM IN THE WORLD. RESTORATION OF THAT EXCELLENT SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE THAT ALL FEDERAL AND STATE FUNDING MUST CEASE. THAT MEANS LOCAL SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENTS WILL BE ELECTED. THAT MEANS THE PARENTS, TEACHERS, AND TAXPAYERS WILL DECIDE WHAT THE CURRICULUM AND TESTING WILL BE. THAT MEANS THE LOCAL SCHOOL BOARD WILL TAKE A VOTE BEFORE ANY OUTSIDE AGENCY IS ALLOWED TO INFLUENCE THE OPERATION OF THE SCHOOL. THERE WILL BE NO WORK FORCE TRAINING.

I HAVE WRITTEN ON THIS RESTORATION SUBJECT BEFORE SO WILL NOT GO INTO DETAIL IN THIS EMAIL.

NOTE: GERSTNER AND FINN KNOW THAT THE CORPORATE FASCISTS/SOCIALISTS/COMMUNISTS CANNOT CHANGE AMERICA AS LONG AS ELECTED SCHOOL BOARDS EXIST. CHESTER FINN’S PLAN TO GET RID OF TRUE PRIVATE EDUCATION IS TO FUND IT WITH TAX MONEY (TAX-SUPPORTED SCHOOL CHOICE!) ONCE PRIVATE EDUCATION TAKES ONE PENNY OF TAX MONEY IT IS CONTROLLED BY THE GOVERNMENT AND CORPORATION PARTNERSHIP. FINN KNOWS THIS. READ THIS QUOTE FROM “THE DELIBERATE DUMBING DOWN OF AMERICA”, PAGE 184:

CHESTER FINN WROTE “PUBLIC SERVICE, PUBLIC SUPPORT, PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY” FOR the March 1982 issue of the National Association of Secondary School Principals’ Bulletin. Finn became a high profile figure in education circles with his appointment as assistant secretary, Office of Educational Research and Improvement, by Secretary of Education William Bennett. Finn’s article was quoted in Barbara Morris’s book, Tuition Tax Credits: A Responsible Appraisal (The Barbara Morris Report: Upland, Cal., 1983):
Short of scattering money in the streets or handing it out to everyone who wants some, the funding agency must define eligible recipients…. This means, in a word, “regulation,” the inevitable concommitant of public financial support. Finn also believed the government is obligated to recognize that the private schools it helps support are different from public schools—that it is this “differentness” that makes them supportable. The other side of the coin, he says, is the obligation of private schools to recognize certain limits to their differentness and certain ways they must conform to the norms and expectations of a society that values and supports them….Some, to be sure, like to think they can have it both ways; i.e., can obtain aid without saddling themselves with unacceptable forms of regulation. GERSTNER CAN TALK ALL HE WANTS ABOUT THE DELIBERATELY DUMBED DOWN PUBLIC SCHOOLS. HE COULDN’T CARE LESS ABOUT THAT. HE WANTS THOSE SCHOOLS UNDER ‘HIS’ AND GOVT/CORPORATE CONTROL FOR SOVIET POLYTECH TRAINING ( SCHOOL TO WORK LIFELONG) HE CAN’T DO THAT AT PRESENT SINCE THE PRESENT PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM STILL TEACHES A MODICUM OF ACADEMICS AND HAS ELECTED BOARDS.

FOR THOSE WHO CAN’T BELIEVE OUR GOVERNMENT WOULD SUPPORT CHANGING OUR ACADEMIC PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM TO THE SOVIET SYSTEM, READ THIS:

Page 272: POLYTECHNICAL EDUCATION: A STEP BY ROBERT H. BECK, UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA, was published in 1990. Beck was under contract to the National Center for Research in Vocational Education, University of California, Berkeley and was supported by the Office of Vocational and Adult Education through a U.S. Department of Education grant for $4 million [Carl D. Perkins Vocational Education Act, Grant #V051A80004–88A, September.5] Had this report not cost $4 million in taxpayers’ money, one could dismiss it as just another effort by the federal government to keep its education researchers occupied. Why would the government spend such an enormous amount of money on a government project describing the Soviet polytech system unless the government was considering putting the same polytech system in place in the United States? Recent workforce training legislation in Congress does indeed call for the implementation of the Soviet/German/Danish polytech system.

Surely such activities were a result of President Reagan’s signing of the education agreements with President Gorbachev of the Soviet Union in 1985. Those agreements merged our two systems. Carnegie Corporation’s Agreement with the Soviet Academy of Science, signed at the same time, was equally dangerous in that it allowed American educators to cooperate with their Soviet counterparts in the development of Marxist “critical thinking” for early elementary school students.”

Charter Schools Are For One Purpose Only…Workforce Training…And They Are International!

Do activists/organizations fighting Communist Core realize that they are fighting the wrong battle at the wrong time?  That  the  “national curriculum/standards battle” has been an on-going battle ever since 1965.  Communist Core is just the latest label.  Somewhat more lethal due ONLY to the switch from books to computer learning, assessment, and data collection.

“Semantic Deception” to the hilt.  Check Anita Hoge’s great work in the eighties/nineties regarding the EQA (Pennsylvania Education Quality Assessment) which dealt with very, very controversial, privacy-invading, politically-correct questions/standards on the National Assessment of Educational Progress.   Talk to her about her victory using the federal Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment, and how hollow that victory turned out to be.

The USA has had a national curriculum for a long time.  We  just didn’t have  the vehicle by which it can be implemented in every school in the nation:  home school, religious schools, private schools, charter schools.  That vehicle is tax-funded private school choice using the computer (Virtual education).

You are putting the cart before the horse.  Even if you win your Communist Core battles across the country, which is very unlikely,  IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT INTO TAX-SUPPORTED SCHOOL CHOICE AND CHARTERS, you will all of a sudden find Communist Core staring you in the face, at your tax-funded “private” school, and, guess what?

YOU WON’T HAVE ANYONE TO GO TO TO COMPLAIN ABOUT COMMUNIST CORE SINCE YOU WON’T HAVE A SCHOOL BOARD REPRESENTING ALL THE TAXPAYERS, NOT JUST THOSE ON YOUR LITTLE TAX-SUPPORTED  ‘PRIVATE’ (?) SCHOOL BOARD WHICH DOES NOTREPRESENT ALL THE TAXPAYERS.

Am I speaking a foreign language in regard to this?  Why do our people not understand that there is only one battle to be engaged in now and that is:

KILL ALL TAX-SUPPORTED SCHOOL CHOICE PROPOSALS.  AND BURY THEM FOREVER!

Or else we will all be buried under a corporate/fascist, socialist, communist form of existence (lifelong) under unelected boards, starting with the schools which will be running not just education, but workforce training (Soviet polytech), all social services, abortion, euthanasia, take grandma to see the leaves in the autumn, arts, crafts, control of your leisure time…you name it.  Please read all three attachments above.  They all come fromhttp://www.americandeception.com

This isn’t just Charlotte talking.  This is THE PLAN WHICH DATES BACK TO AT LEAST 1946 and earlier, since Carnegie’s “Conclusions and Recommendations for the Social Studies”, 1934 (also athttp://www.americandeception.com) clearly calls for implementation of the above totalitarian system and to use the schools to change America to a planned economy in the New Order, which is exactly what we are looking at today with communist school- to- work going in all over the country.  Charter schools are for one purpose only…workforce training…and they are international!

Also type either “Montgomery” or “Advertiser” into search engine  AND an extensive report on community education/lifelong learning under unelected boards published in The Advertiser, Montgomery County, Maryland, 1973, will pop up.   I have included that report as an attachment to this email.    Be sure to read all the reports written by Dorothy Dawson who was the secretary to the Superintendent of Schools, Montgomery County.

The introduction stated that Montgomery County “is unique
among the 3000 counties in the 48 states because of its

Maryland . World movements and policies will be chartered in
Washington, D . C . Certain movements and developments can
be anticipated. Many outside factors now largely, if not totally .
unimportant will influence the life and development of the
people in the County. Montgomery County is located ih the
shadow of what is destined to become – the unofficial capital
of the world. Here will be formulated proposals affecting all
mankind . The job is to find the program of education which is
really needed and to have the will and ability to put it into
operation .”

The study sets forth the major outlines of the educational
program which will meet the needs of children, youth and
adults and demonstrates the character of an educational
program which can affect and shape living in all its manifold
aspects. The program which follows has been derived in the
light of known facts, principles of modern philosophy and
psychology, acid thg environment of the current scene.

The Power of Education
“Education is the greatest force both for self-realization and
for harmonious social living . Dr. Paul Mort and others have
accumulated evidence which shows a period of almost 50
years between the establishment of need and the school
programs geared to meet it.

If the school as an agency of society is to justify itself for the
period ahead of us, it must be accepted that its fundamental
function is to serve the people of the entire community , the very
young children, the children of middle years, early adolescent
youth, older youth, and the adults as well. It must find a way to
serve individuals, the family group, and the entire community .
Then, AND ONLY THEN, can it be said that the school is
serving the entire community, and hence achieving its
function.”

DO YOU NOT SEE THAT COMMUNIST CORE IS AN EXQUISITE DIVERSION TO KEEP YOU FROM FIGHTING WITH ALL YOUR MIGHT TAX-SUPPORTED SCHOOL CHOICE WITH ITS UNELECTED COUNCIL FORM OF GOVERNMENT (SOVIET SYSTEM).  If the school choice proposals are approved across the board in the USA, it’s curtains for the USA.

The game is OVER.

Handed to us on a silver platter by our so-called freedom-loving friends, the neoconservatives.  The Democrats in Congress and the leftist tax-free foundations did all the necessary planning from the beginning of the last century to 1980 when they turned the finalization of their work over to  President Ronald Reagan.  The President, who promised to abolish the U.S. Dept. of Education, came in, riding on his white horse, waving his “Freedom” flag, and sewed up the many pieces of the plan in the works since 1934.  All restructuring efforts came out of my office in the U.S. Dept. of Education during Reagan’s first term in office:

1.  school choice, vouchers, etc.

2.  computers to replace book learning (Project BEST:  Better Education Skills through Technology)  I leaked that grant and was fired.  That is the grant proposal that had in bold print “What WE (federal government) can control and maniupulate” at the local level:  makeup of the local task forces, content of curriculum, etc.”

And all of you fighting Communist Core think that when you get your publicly-funded school choice you will be able to control your curriculum?  Read that last quote from the Project BEST internal documents!

3.  individualized instruction/no grades, graduate at  14 or 21!

4.  no competition

5.  merger of public and private sector (charter schools)

6. school to work (Soviet polytech system).  My office gave a $4 million dollar grant to Prof. Beck to research Soviet polytech education!

7.  Skinner method (mastery learning/direct instruction):  OUTCOMES BASED EDUCATION (OBE)

8.  funding of Marxist critical thinking

and later, in 1985, President Reagan and President Gorbachev of the Soviet Union signed extensive agreements merging the two educational systems.  Carnegie Corproation, shortly before that agreement was signed, signed an agreement with the Soviet Academy of Science which covered joint research related to development of computer courseware in (Marxist, ed)  critical thinking  for early elementary school children.

I had hoped that neocon change agent Chester Finn’s call for eliminating private education across the board (http://www.theatlantic.com/national/archive/2013/05/why-private-schools-are-dying-out/275938/) and the call by Lou Gerstner, former CEO of IBM, for President Obama
to pull down the 16,000 public schools districts, would wake people up.

Please read following excerpt from:  http://online.wsj.com/article/SB122809533452168067.html“Therefore, I recommend that President-elect Barack Obama convene a meeting of our nation’s governors and seek agreement to the following:

– Abolish all local school districts, save 70 (50 states; 20 largest cities). Some states may choose to leave some of the rest as community service organizations, but they would have no direct involvement in the critical task of establishing standards, selecting teachers, and developing curricula.”

Take note of the reference to “community service organizations” and then read the above attachments especially “21st Century Schools…”  Also note Gerstner’s utter fear of and contempt for elected boards “but they would nave no direct involvement, blah, blah, blah.”

Ask yourself why those two icons pushing for tax-supported school choice would want to destroy not only the public education system but the private education system as well.
