  1. Hi!

Take notice that the State Controller is Terry C. Brann, CPA.

Is this person “connected” to lawyer Brann (filed in a brief) regarding the “question of law” that Governor LePage asked of the
    “administrative” supreme judicial court?

    I don’t know.

    Does anyone know?

Also notice on page xii of the 2012 CAFR it speaks about legislative, executive and judicial “branches.”

There is NO such thing – See Article 3, Section 1 of the Constitution of the State of Maine. This article and section speaks about “departments”

There are ONLY 2 branches, and they are both located in the legislative department. See the “statutory” Constitution of the State of Maine of 2013.

    Think of it this way:

Constitution of the State of Maine

This “map” or “blueprint” can be much easier to comprehend when some people see it visually.

Furthermore, notice that the secretary of state, state treasurer and the attorney general are all located in the “legislative branch.”

Originally, all 3 constitutional officers were located in the “executive department.” See “original” Constitution of the State of Maine in Article 5.

    It begs the question.

    When did this happened?

All fraud and treason, of course. The legislature has become the omnipotent, dictator department now called “branch” in the
“administrative” state also could be known as the “corporate” state.

Lastly, notice how “filthy rich” the “administrative” state is.

    Thank you!

    Lise from Maine
