Join us for this important information and learn how legislators were convinced that they have the ability to override the Maine Constitution just by statutory law.  In 1976, Article V – Part Second was abolished and removed in its entirety. A resolve was created and passed as an amendment; it stated: “RESOLUTION, Proposing an amendment to the Constitution to Abolish the Executive Council and to reassign its Constitutional powers to the Governor and the Legislature.” The language was removed from the Constitution and new public law was established to recognize the legislative power and to replace the Constitutional language with nothing more than mere statutory power.

Note: The Governor already had the Constitutional powers, it was the legislature that was fraudulently given the reassigned Constitutional power. This means that the legislature could now, by law, influence the Executive Department decisions and establish new laws according to the Legislative Department.

  1. Hi!

The legislature has become the “bandit” tyrannical department here in Maine.

The fraudulent, unlawful 1855 resolve removed the Attorney General from the control of the Governor and the Council as well as the Sheriffs, Judges of Probate, Registrars of Probate, and Judges of municipal and police courts.

This “weaken” the Executive Department, and no one “asked” a question of law according to Article 6, Section 3 of the Constitution of the State of Maine (original).

In 1975 the legislature eliminated the Executive Council which went into effect in 1976, two hundred years after the American Revolution.

    No way!

This “again” weaken the Executive department.

In 1977 the Legislative Council was established unlawfully. This council has become a very powerful organization over time and uses power as a dictatorship.

Once again, no one asked a “question of law” to the justices regarding the lawfulness or unlawfulness of this so-called pretend, supposed law.

The Founding Fathers never ever intended that “one” department would be much more powerful than another department but this has already happened with the legislature.

The legislature is now the tyrannical dictator.

    Thank you!

  2. being unconstitutional , and fraudulent , can’t it just be repealed ? and reinstated to the govenor .

    • Or declared null and void…the governor could do this….and make it public. That would get attention!

  3. Hi!

Any fraudulent, pretend, supposed so-called law can be investigated and declared formally (written and/or verbally) null and void to the people.

But Governor LePage must know about them first which I don’t believe that he does.

    Thank you!

    Lise from Maine
