“Tipping” The Scales

The mainstream media is at it again. Out to destroy, defame, demonize good people once more with the help of Mike Tipping, columnist and blogger for the Portland Press Herald and Bangor Daily News.

PPH reports “Mike Tipping’s book, which “will be published this month by Tilbury House, a small Maine publisher, is causing a stir in Maine political circles with its claims that Gov. Paul LePage held a series of meetings last year with individuals associated with a conspiracy group.”

It has the appearance of political maneuvering. It’s easy to get your side of the story out when you’re in bed with the media.

BDN reports “Senate President Justin Alfond called LePage’s ongoing meetings with members of the Constitutional Coalition, “disturbing and irresponsible. The FBI were notified by legislative staff members, a joint release issued by Alfond and Speaker Eves stated.” The article also notes “Tipping, works as communications director for the liberal Maine People’s Alliance.”

“Alexander Willette, a spokesman for LePage’s campaign, dismissed Tipping and his book, saying the campaign would not respond to the book’s claims. This book is just a ploy for attention from the author, who seems desperate to pull the wool over the people’s eyes and sell more of his books.”

Neither Mr. Tipping’s book, nor the media reports, deserve a response, although many questions arise. Is this group being used to target Governor LePage?

Just to note, Mike Tipping is Communications Director for The Maine Peoples’ Alliance. Allies/Partners include League of Women Voters of Maine and Maine Citizens for Clean Elections.

The scales are tipped when only one side of a story is reported.

Why would legislative staff members contact the FBI when Alfond, Eves and other legislators refused to meet with these constituents? How did the staff determine and justify calling these good people “extremists”, “terrorists” and all other names they could conjure up if they didn’t meet with them? Did the PPH or BDN interview the people they are reporting about and who met with Governor LePage?

Let’s balance the scale.

This is just another layer on the onion of official corruption as it goes on to new heights.

Why haven’t any Maine officials/law enforcement called upon the FBI to investigate the following issues, for starters:

ELECTIONS

As you view these documents, please be aware that under the Baldacci(D) administration, charges were trumped up against good, honest, decent people who volunteered on this campaign.

The following was sent to Andrew Boisse, Executive Director, Maine Citizens for Clean Elections and Barbara McDade, President, The League of Women Voters of Maine. No response has been received. Click here.

  1. Hi!

What kind of “communications director” is Mr. Tipping if he “tips” the scales to only his side of the story and “defames and slanders” some people in his book, etc?

    Thank you!

    Lise from Maine

    • A “comfy” one…under the blankets!

  2. Hi!

Suggestion to Governor LePage regarding the so-called “sovereign citizen” organization, accused of being a domestic terrorist organization, and his meetings with those citizens:

Governor LePage has a remedy which is located in Article VI, Section 3 of the Constitution of the State of Maine where he can ask a “question of law” to the justices of the supreme judicial court and ask if he has violated any laws regarding any meetings with this group.

He does, indeed, have a remedy.

    Governor LePage, use it, please.

According to my belief system, Mr. Tipping seems to think that
“everyone would agree” that Gov. LePage was irresponsible in meeting
    with these so-called sovereign citizens.

If it is not against the law, can Governor LePage meet with any of the people of Maine to discuss issues?

Isn’t Governor LePage, operating from his public office, supposed to be a representative of all people of the State of Maine?

    Why of course!

Is Governor LePage supposed to be “selective” and “favor” only those people to meet with that Mr. Tipping favors or that the Maine People’s Alliance favors?

Why of course not! That is not representative of the all of the people of Maine.

Is this not “tipping” the favors according to certain people such as Mr. Tipping and the Maine People’s Alliance?

    Appears that way, doesn’t it?

    What say you, Mr. Tipping?

What say you, Maine People’s Alliance?

    Thank you!

  3. Nobody seemed to care when every liberal leader in the US, including Hillary, were photographed with Jim Jones. I guess they liked his brand of Kool-Aid 🙂

  4. Hi!

Is this “dirty” politics in an election year “to defame and slander” by Mr. Tipping and the Maine People’s Alliance by accusing Governor LePage of being irresponsible in meeting with the so-called “sovereign citizens,” accused of being involved in a domestic terrorist organization?

What is the real purpose(s) of all these accusations?

Did Mr. Tipping and the Maine People’s Alliance “interview” these so-called “sovereign citizens” in order to get their side of the story?

    Did they?

If they didn’t, then isn’t this propaganda and manipulation on their part and using the media to play out this story on the media’s stage?

    I believe so.

Is this a “nasty” trick “to use a group” such as the so-called “sovereign citizens” in order to attack Governor LePage?

    I believe so.

Furthermore, is there any such thing as a “sovereign citizen?”

The “statutory” Constitution of the State of Maine called LD 1564 passed in 2013 says “people” in Article 1, Section 2 and says nothing about “sovereign citizen.”

So is there any such thing as a “sovereign citizen” after all?

    I don’t believe so.

The said constitution also says “We the people of Maine….in the preamble and says nothing about a “sovereign citizen.”

Are these two (2) words “made up” by Mr. Tipping and the Maine People’s Alliance?

I do have to wonder. Doesn’t anyone else wonder about this?

Do you suppose that Mr. Tipping and the Maine People’s Alliance are using the defense mechanism of “projection” projecting on to the so-called “sovereign citizens,” accused of being a domestic terrorist organization, when they are themselves the terrorists?

It could be, don’t you think?

Do you suppose that Mr. Tipping and the Maine People’s Alliance are using the defense mechanism of “projection” projecting on to Governor LePage some form of irresponsibility when, in fact, they are the ones that are being irresponsible?

It could be, don’t you think?

I believe that Mr. Tipping and the Maine People’s Alliance have announced that the FBI, a federal agency, has declared the “sovereign citizens” movement a domestic terrorist organization.

Is there any evidence to such a strong accusation?

If not, then isn’t this “defaming of character and slandering” the people named?

    I believe so.

This could result in lawsuits, I believe.

What are the characteristics of a “domestic terrorist organization?”

    Are constitutionalists domestic terrorists?

Is Mr. Tipping a terrorist if and when he “defames” and “slanders” another person in order to meet his own agenda and self-interests?

Is the Maine People’s Alliance organization a terrorist organization when their “communications director,” who happens to be Mr. Tipping,
    defames and slanders others?

Is Mr. Tipping and the Maine People’s Alliance a terrorist organization if and when they resort to name calling?

    Who are actually the terrorists?

When resorting to name calling, slandering and defaming anyone, isn’t Mr. Tipping and the Maine People’s Alliance participating in “labeling” someone?

Who is the “extremist” group after all?

By the way, is there any such thing as “free speech” any longer as it relates to the people who live in the geographical area known as the State of Maine?

What kind of personality would defame and slander someone?

What methods would he or she use?

Do you suppose that someone who defames and slanders someone else does not think much of himself or herself?

Is the defaming and slandering a way of “raising” one’s self-importance?

Is it a me, me, me attitude in order to raise one’s power and control?

Are they “out of control” and have a need for “power and control
    operating out of fear?”

Do you suppose that Mr. Tipping and the Maine People’s Alliance have a need to make someone else feel “small” so they can raise their own inferiority complex?

What is their intent and purpose?

Why the need to attack certain people?

    All for now.

I welcome all comments even if you disagree with me.

I would like answers to my numerous questions, please.

    Thank you!

    Lise from Maine

    • It never ceases to amaze me as to how low politicians will stoop.

What about Tipping’s ties to Maine Citizens for Clean Elections and The League of Women Voters of Maine through The Maine Peoples Alliance? They covered up tampering of ballots, the Post Office’s role in this scheme, the cover up by the A.G.’s office and Secretary of State’s Office. Not to mention all the other documented evidence included in this post…connect the dots, it’s not only “ties”.

It appears that Gov. LePage was interested in the research that reached his ears. Afterall, he did run his campaign on the constitution. LePage’s staff advised him not to meet with these researchers. What has been discovered would upset their “apple cart.”

It’s obvious what Tipping is doing… with the blessing of the D’s. They all live “for the vote”.

    • Lise, what do you mean by “The “statutory” Constitution of the State of Maine called LD 1564”?

  5. Hi!

    Wow!

Finally, someone has asked me a question.

    Great!

Our constitution (original) is not a “statutory” constitution as it is NOT under the thumb of the legislature and the Chief Justice since they both operate “underneath it” and NOT “above it” and derive their just powers from it.

The legislature and the Chief Justice position are both created by law and must follow the mandates of the said constitution.

In Article x, Section 4 of the original constitution shows “how” the constitution can be changed lawfully and

It states: “The Legislature, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, may propose amendments to this Constitution (this constitution ONLY and not another one); and when any amendment shall be so agreed upon, a resolution shall be passed and sent to the selectmen of the several towns, and the assessors of the several plantations, empowering and directing them to notify the inhabitants of their respective towns and plantations, in the manner prescribed by law, at their next annual meetings in the month of September, to give in their votes on the question, whether such amendment shall be made; and if it shall appear that a majority of the inhabitants voting on the question are in favor of such amendment, it shall become a part of this Constitution.”

Pay strict attention to what it says and what it doesn’t say (rule in and rule out methodology).

It speaks about “this” constitution and no other. It also says that the amendment just voted on and passed shall become a part of this constitution meaning that the “passed” amendment ITSELF shall be part of this constitution.

No where does it say that the Chief Justice shall arrange, re-arrange or omit anything regarding “this” constitution as it says in the fraudulent 1875 resolve which “codified” the constitution for the first time (my book addresses this and more).

And no where does it say that the legislature shall accept or reject such arrangement or omission by the Chief Justice.

Keep in mind that when a “proposed” amendment is voted on and passed, then the amendment “itself” becomes a part of this constitution.

So all new amendments must “show up” in any newly printed constitutions of Maine. This allows a “paper trail” for the people to be able to see what changed over time and when.

LD 1564 has been arranged by the Chief Justice unlawfully and the legislature accepted it which was sponsored by Senator Lachowicz, a first time senator.

No lawful constitution has letters of the alphabet and numbers attached to it, and LD 1564 of 2013 is statutory under the thumb of the legislature passed on June 18, 2013 which is roman civil law as opposed to the common law of the people. This statutory constitution is actually a “recodification” of pass constitutions.

The legislature and the Chief Justice has NO delegation of authority to be involved in the “recodification” of the constitution since they are supposed to operate “underneath” it and derive their powers from it according to constitutional law.

LD 1564 places both the Chief Justice and the legislature “above” the constitution which is unlawful. If they can do this lawfully, then where do they derive their powers to accomplish this? None exist.

It is all fraud and treason against the people.

A just and free government is a government by the people, for the people, and of the people.

Article 1, Section 2 of the “original” constitution says: “All power is inherent in the people; all free governments are founded in their authority and instituted for their benefit; they have therefore an unalienable and indefeasible right to institute government, and to alter, reform, or totally change the same, when their safety and happiness require it.”

According to http://www.dictionary.com it gives the definition of “inherent” which states: “Existing in someone or something as permanent and inseparable element, quality, or attribute; innate, inbred, native and ingrained.”

As Article 1, section 2 says all power belongs to the people and is something that exist in the people as permanent. This power cannot be taken away by any free and just government instituted by the people.

The people themselves have a right to alter, reform or change any unjust and unfree government operating against them such as we have operating today in Maine.

LD 1564 is not the people’s constitution. LD 1564 was NEVER EVER voted on by the people. LD 1564 is not even a resolution (see Article x, Section 4 as above-noted) and was NOT a proposed amendment for the people to vote on.

The Chief Justice and the legislature do NOT possess any authority to decide what is placed in the constitution and what is left out and then pass it unlawfully by having a senator sponsor it.

If they had this authority, then ALL the power is in them and NOT the people.

This actually becomes a constitution dictated by government officials rather than the people.

This violates Article X, Section 4 of the original constitution as the people have been totally eliminated from the process.

This is a wrongdoing and is criminal behavior.

LD 1564 is fraudulent on its face.

    All for now.

Comments, please. I am shocked that hardly anyone comments or ask questions.

Do you or do you not want to learn?

    Thank you!

  7. Hi!

I haven’t read Mr. Tipping’s upcoming book but if there is slander, defamation of character, false accusations, and so forth in it, then it is highly likely that Mr. Tipping and possibly the Maine People’s Alliance could be sued.

    Thank you!

    Any comments, anyone?

  8. Hi!

Do you suppose that Mr. Tipping is a “bully” if, in fact, he has made false accusations and has “demonized” someone regarding the so-called “sovereign citizens” and has mentioned specific names?

Do you suppose that the Maine People’s Alliance is a “bully” organization if, in fact, it has made false accusations and “demonized” someone as it relates to the so-called “sovereign citizens?”

Do you suppose that Mr. Tipping and/or the Maine People’s Alliance show a “bias attitude” pertaining to the so-called “sovereign citizens” if, in fact, they have made false accusations and have “demonized” those that have been named?

Doesn’t it appear that way in the media and elsewhere?

    Thank you!

    Lise from Maine

  9. Hi!

Do you suppose that Mr. Tipping is a “tyrant” if, in fact, he has made false accusations and “demonized” those named as “sovereign citizens” as it relates to accusing Governor LePage of meeting with “such” a group?

Do you suppose that the Maine People’s Alliance is a “tyrannical” organization if, in fact, it has made false accusations and “demonized” those named as “sovereign citizens” as it relates to accusing Governor LePage of meeting with “such” a group?

    Doesn’t it appear that way?

    Thank you!

  10. Hi!

There is NO SUCH THING as a “sovereign citizen.”

The various constitutions say “people” and NOT sovereign citizens.

    Thank you!

    Lise from Maine

  11. Hi!

Why don’t the uneducated and the uninformed read the new book that just came out called:

Where Did The Original Constitutional State Go? by Lise Dupont?

They most certainly will get “educated” and “informed” by the said book.

By the way, the “original” constitutional state has ALREADY been overthrown back in 1876 by that 1875 fraudulent resolve that was passed unlawfully and is a supposed, pretend law as Lise Dupont describes in the book.

    This book is quite informative.

What most people want is to “bring back” in operation the original lawful, constitutional state which is a “limited” government under the control of the people where “all power is inherent in the people” as Article 1, Section 2 states.

Even the “statutory” constitution passed unlawfully on June 18, 2013 continues to say in Article 1, Section 2 that “all power is inherent in the people.”

    How about that, folks!

But is that what is happening today regarding this statutory state?

It operates in a “centralized” fashion (top-down power as opposed to bottom-up power from the people) where all of the power comes from the capitol city namely Augusta, Maine.

    Local control is mostly gone.

Wait until the state takes over the complete school system (charter schools) and the local school boards are gone.

It will be a nightmare where all power regarding schools comes from the state.

Try and be heard by the state if things don’t work out well.

    Just try it, people.

You won’t be heard and things won’t change for the better.

    Thank you!

    Lise from Maine

  12. Hi!

Do you suppose that Mr. Tipping is participating in “hate crimes” if, in fact, he is involved in “slander, defamation of character and name calling” of those people named as so-called “sovereign citizens?”

    Doesn’t it appear that way?

    Thank you!

    Lise from Maine

    • It does have the appearance of bullying, hate crimes…and if there are other participants, this may involve another crime.

  13. Hi!

Do you suppose that the Maine People’s Alliance is participating in “hate crimes” if, in fact, it is involved in “slander, defamation of character and name calling” of those people named as so-called
    “sovereign citizens?”

    Doesn’t it appear that way?

    Thank you!

    Lise from Maine

  14. Hi!

Do you suppose that Judge Napolitano of Fox News is a “sovereign citizen” when he cites the constitution on the news and in his numerous books?

    Is he a “terrorist?”

Is he actually a “sovereign citizen?”

Is he dangerous when citing the constitution as evidence that the government is a “limited” government?

Or is he “one of the people” as the various constitutions mentions and says nothing about “sovereign citizens?”

    Thank you!

    Lise from Maine

  15. Hi!

    See this article:

    http://www.centralmaine.com/2014/07/04/lepages-meeting-with-political-crazies-should-alert-us-to-danger-of-extremism/

The so-called “sovereign citizens” are now called “crazies” that met with Governor LePage.

    Wow!

    Isn’t this “labeling” someone?

    Isn’t this “defaming” someone?

    Isn’t this “insulting” someone?

    Isn’t this “slandering” someone?

What evidence does Mr. Caron have that would justify calling these so-called sovereign citizens “crazies?”

    Additionally, what constitutes being crazy?

Did Mr. Caron “enter” into these sovereign citizens’ brains and see some evidence that they are crazies?

Is Mr. Caron a bully and tyrant?

Is Mr. Caron participating in “hate crimes” in this case?

You can email Mr. Caron of which his email appears at the bottom of the article and voice your opinion if you like.

    Who is the extremist?

Is he “mirror imaging” on to the so-called sovereign citizens what he is himself?

Is he using the defense mechanism, projection, when he projects on to others what he is himself?

Isn’t he being “extremely” judgmental in this case?

What does it show about Mr. Caron regarding this article?

Is this article revealing Mr. Caron’s character and personality?

    Mr. Caron, what say you?

    Thank you!

    Lise from Maine

    • You’ve posed good questions. Does this prove that the people are on the right track and close to exposing what those in authority don’t want exposed?

  16. Hi!

Lise Dupont, who recently published a book as above-noted, has exposed the truth regarding the overthrow of the “original” constitutional state.

Folks, the “original” constitutional state is ALREADY overthrown.

It’s gone and is sitting “empty,” and no one is home.

Let us bring it back peacefully.

    Legislators, please hear us.

    Thank you!

    Lise from Maine

  17. Hi!

According to Proverbs 10:24 it states: “What the wicked dreads will come upon him, but the desire of the righteous will be granted.”

Proverbs 13:3 states “He who guards his mouth preserves his life; he who opens wide his lips comes to ruin.”

And lastly Proverbs 18:21 states “Death and life are in the power of the tongue.”

So does Mr. Tipping need to be careful what he says if he has no evidence regarding accusations of the so-called “sovereign citizens?”

Does the Maine People’s Alliance need to be careful what it says if it has no evidence regarding accusations of the so-called “sovereign citizens?”

Don’t you think that Proverbs is warning those who make accusations without any evidence will eventually lose their credibility over time?

    Sharp tongue, sink ship.

    I believe so.

    Thank you!

    Lise from Maine

  18. Hi!

Do you suppose that Mr. Tipping is a “conspiracy theorist?”

  19. Hi!

Is Mr. Tipping a “little bit” strange and wacky?

    Thank you!

    Lise from Maine

  20. Hi!

See the link below that Mr. Tipping wrote in the Bangor Daily Times.

    http://thetippingpoint.bangordailynews.com/2014/07/14/state-politics/constitutional-coalition-member-doubles-down-on-gov-lepages-hanging-remark/

Does Mr. Tipping know that “capital punishment” was abolished in 1876?

Apparently not since he is harping on the word “hanging” in the article in the Bangor Daily News.

In Chapter 114 [1876] it states in part: “An act to abolish the Death Penalty and to regulate the manner of Applying for Pardons in certain cases.

Be it enact by the Senate and House of Representatives in Legislature assembled, as follows: Sect. 1 The penalty of death, as a punishment for crime, is hereby abolished.”

So can anyone be hanged these days?

    No, not by law.

Hanging has been abolished for 138 years now and Mr. Tipping doesn’t know about this?

    Why not?

The concept behind hanging is to kill someone, and it is no longer a means of punishing someone.

Is Mr. Tipping uninformed regarding hanging anyone?

Is Mr. Tipping ignorant regarding hanging anyone?

Mr. Tipping states in part in the said article: “My statement was: ‘To the best of my knowledge, the penalty for treason hasn’t changed in 150 years.’ To the best of my knowledge, the governor said ‘They’re talking about hanging.’ The conversation ended right there,” said McCarthy on Thursday’s show.”

Sounds to me that Governor LePage was “surprised” when he allegedly stated “They’re talking about hanging.”

An act of being surprised is NOT agreeing with the concept of hanging, Mr. Tipping.

Is this a crime, Mr. Tipping?

    Is this wrong, Mr. Tipping?

Furthermore, a legislative member is NOT hanged when he or she fails to perform their duties regarding their public offices; they are impeached.

In the “original” constitution of the State of Maine it states in part in Article IX, Section 5: “Every person holding any civil office under this State, may be removed by impeachment, for misdemeanor in office; and every person holding any office, may be removed by the Governor with the advice of the Council, on the address of both branches of the Legislature.”

Impeachment proceedings does NOT take place in a court setting, Mr. Tipping.

    Are you ignorant, Mr. Tipping?

It states in Article IV, Part First, Section 8 (original constitution): “The House of Representatives shall have the sole power of impeachment.”

In other words, impeachment proceedings must begin in the House of Representatives.

In Article IV, Part Second, Section 7 it states in part: “The Senate shall have the sole to try all impeachments, and when sitting for that purpose shall be on oath or affirmation, and no person shall be convicted without the concurrence of two thirds of the members present. Their judgment, however, shall not extend farther than to removal from office, and disqualification to hold or enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under this State. But the party, whether convicted or acquitted, shall nevertheless be liable to indictment, trial, judgment and punishment according to law.”

And the Senate gets to “try” all impeachments AFTER the House initiates proceedings.

Nothing is said about hanging, Mr. Tipping.

Are you going to stop harping on the word “hanging,” Mr. Tipping?

    It is irrelevant, Mr. Tipping.

Are you going to stop “attacking” Governor LePage and “using” the members of the constitutional coalition to “go after” LePage, Mr. Tipping, in order to meet your agenda which is to elect Mr. Michaud?

Are you going to stop, Mr. Tipping?

I would love to hear from you, Mr. Tipping.

Why don’t you get educated in constitutional law (original), Mr. Tipping?

    Thank you!

    Lise from Maine
