  1. Hi!

Robert E. Mullen has never ever been a constitutional commissioned judge in the district court created in 1961 “for the state.” This so-called law is on this blog. The district courts (1961) are state-wide courts acting for the state only. Forget local control; it’s gone.

He is ONLY an “administrator” enforcing the “will” of the state as opposed to the “will” of the people.

He is an impostor pretending to be a genuine, constitutional commissioned judge by wearing that lovely black dress. He only has a “certificate” by his own admission which is on this blog for all to see (see also his response to me from my Freedom of Access request that is on this blog).

Maybe Dottie can find these documents on this blog and place them here together for all to see. They are quite revealing.

The original Constitution of the State of Maine says nothing about certificates but it does say something about commissions (see Art. IX, section 3).

What state am I referring to?

The “codified” one that was created by the fraudulent 1875 resolve that went into effect in 1876, one hundred years after the American revolution.

    Mistake or accident?

    Absolutely not!

Franklin Roosevelt has told us that nothing happens by accident or mistake. It is all planned way ahead of time.

    All for now.

    Thank you!

    • You’ve got a comment on the post about William Schneider. Is that the one you mean?

  3. Hi!

It starts out by saying “Old Mr. Mullen.”
