In my opinion, the Senate Chairwoman was inappropriate and stupid in not allowing Gov. LePage to speak at the meeting.

Who does she think she is?

Does she think that she “owns” the legislature?

Hi!

The 16h amendment did nothing to the already existing taxing powers of Congress. There is much case law on this issue.

First of all, Congress NEVER created the Internal Revenue Service; it was created by a flick of the pen in 1952.

NO where in the Constitution of the State of Maine nor the Constitution of the United States that allows a “progressive” income tax.

What this type of tax does is punish the successful person. The more one makes, the more one pays. Not allowed by either constitutions.

The income tax is an outright fraud; it is theft by deception.

Her pretended outrage over theirs scrutiny of these groups is laughable when she can’t or won’t uphold her own oath of office and won’t uphold the constitution . My opinion of her has changed greatly in the last few weeks and months.
