Bill Windsor was accused of being a would-be serial killer and/or mass murderer by two pathological liars — Allie Overstreet aka Lori Overstreet and Mark Supanich. After being given every opportunity to come up with one iota of evidence that supported the false sworn claims, Judge John Frerking dismissed the action. Bill Windsor never even had to present a defense.
As the producer and director of a movie exposing liars and corruption, Bill Windsor has become the target of a lot of liars, corrupt people, and outright crazy people.
Lawless America…The Movie is all about exposing the fact that we now live in Lawless America. We no longer have laws that are enforced because judges do whatever they want to do. America has also become lawless because government officials are dishonest and/or corrupt.
The movie will expose corruption in every state. The Movie will focus on victims. Corrupt judges and corrupt government officials will be exposed, and we will confront a number of the crooks.
If anyone has ever questioned the story of a person who has expressed the view that they were a victim of the government or of judges, this movie will prove that the odds are that the corruption report was true. In fact, there are probably tens of millions of victims in the United States who never realized what happened to them.
One feature length documentary movie is being produced. It will be shown in theaters, on Netflix, Blockbuster, and other such video places, and the movie will be presented at the Sundance Film Festival and other film festivals. In addition, videos will be produced for each state and for each type of corruption. Everyone interviewed for the film recorded a three-minute segment that will be done as testimony before Congress as well as a 30-60 minute on-camera interview with Bill Windsor, founder of LawlessAmerica.com and the revolutionary Party. The legislators in each state are receiving the testimony from those in their state, and the members of the U.S. House and Senate will receive all of the testimony nationwide.
“This Remonstrance was done by our Group and hopes by example it could be repeated in all government institutions that violate the law of the Constitution that institutes government bodies in our Free and independent society. Most people do not realize that the Constitutional America still exists with all of our described rights and freedoms in the Declaration of Independence, Constitution for the United States of America and the constitution of the individual states we live in. Most people do not know that they reside in the Federal jurisdiction of the United States Corporation and have contracted their rights away through acquiescence.
In Maine we have the constitutional right of Remonstrance utilizing Maine Constitution Article 1 Section 2 described in the Brochure. The problem is that we do not have lawful enforcement until the people stand up and demand it publicly.
We need the People in the communities in Maine to understand this as soon as possible and to start exercising our individual rights to demand that our government respects the rights and authority of the citizens in which they swear their oath to doing our business under the constitution.
Then we need to gather together as many people to get into action to protect our selves and the State of Maine from the coming Economic collapse and planned Martial Law of the Federal Corporation to save America by destroying the constitution and make us all citizens of the United Nations World Order.”

Congressional Testimony: Roger Tanner to Bill Windsor of Lawless America
When will senators be as disgusted with judicial prostitution? Judges regularly engage in “reckless, “morally repugnant” behavior with opportunities for blackmail or coercion threatening” the very foundation upon which our country was built. When judges sell their services to the highest bidder is this not prostitution? People are focused on why congressional leaders permit this culture in which such behavior is tolerated.
With all the evidence Tom Dunn presented to Senator Olympia Snowe back in 1979, Snowe was “satisfied that sufficient investigation has been carried out by the office of the Attorney General.” The pattern of official corruption is ongoing today evidenced by the refusal of members of Congress to take action on testimonies of victims of government and judicial corruption presented to them in February 2013. Maine’s Attorneys General have followed suit.

The demands for investigation into judicial misconduct, based on documented evidence provided by the people, has long been ignored. With all of this evidence on the table, do they really think they are kidding anyone else but themselves? This is a public scandal!

My Fellow Americans: The State of our Union is as bad as it has ever been.
President Obama claimed tonight that the State of the Union is Stronger. In all due respect, his speech was a travesty. The President is either completely out of touch with reality, or he is simply another corrupt politician playing the little game all of our elected officials play in Washington, DC.
My name is Bill Windsor. I am a 64-year-old husband of 41 years, father of two, and grandfather. I was born in America. I served in the United States Army Reserve for six years during the Viet Nam War. I am neither a Democrat nor a Republican. I have never protested anything before. I have never been arrested or charged with any crime. I haven’t even had a parking ticket or speeding ticket in more than a decade. I have owned and operated many companies during my career, and I have been President or CEO of large companies. Among other things, I am a documentary film producer and director. I set out to film a documentary about government and judicial corruption called “Lawless America.” The movie became a mission, a movement, and finally a revolution — the Lawless America Revolution.
I am speaking to you tonight as the representative of The Revolutionary Party. The Revolutionary Party is a new party that has been created to save America. I happen to believe it is our only hope.
If the President doesn’t realize that our country has never been in a worse state, he should be impeached for incompetence. Since he surely knows, does nothing about it, and covers it up, he should be impeached for treason.
The sorry state of our union is not due to President Obama. Please do not misinterpret my words; I am not picking on President Obama. The situation would be the same if Mitt Romney had been elected. President Obama is just the current president in a long line that goes back to at least Nixon who have allowed our country to become as corrupt as a country can get.
The State of the Union might be summed up in one word: CORRUPT.
