  1. Hi!

The government used “selective” phone conversations to indict the
Governor and have him tried twice for the same so-called crime by a jury.

He was found not guilty the first time around and guilty the second time around.

Trying someone twice for the same so-called crime is unlawful according to the Constitution.

Why his attorney didn’t argue this issue is beyond me plus he is an attorney himself.

    Didn’t he realize this?

  2. I believe R.B. had the goods on someone/something. They had to discredit him and incarcerate him in order to silence him. Like the Billy Miller case in New Hampshire……he’s got the goods on Farmington Police Dept. and everyone who shielded him. They drugged him for nearly one year.

  3. lise, u.s.supreme overturned the double jeopardy from same subject matter to same elements in the evidence. i have this in my case. margot

    • Hi Margot,

Where is the delegation of authority for the supreme court (fake court) to eliminate the double jeopardy issue?

      Thank you!

  4. Margot, when was this overturned? They can’t “overturn” the 5th Amendment. What’s the name of the case?

  5. Hi!

Governor Blagojevich’s attorney (ies) plus himself as an attorney should have raised the issue of double jeopardy in the lower court so
it can be argued on appeal.

Double jeopardy is a constitutional issue.

    Thank you!
